These would look soooooooooooooooooooo good on my ears :graucho::nuts:
^hehe ;)

I'm having a hard time finding them in my area. I went to a jewelry store the other day but they only had some weird silver jewelry and a few diamond studs??? No other colored gems.

My aunt is a jewelry NUT and has the most gorgeous jewelry... maybe she will be able to help me a bit in my search. I'm not sure how much I'm looking to spend... I'm thinking less than 500€... which probably isn't going to get me much gemstone-wise :p
^I'd definitely go to your aunt as she will be able to help you locally, & she probably has good relationships with jewelers. I have no clue how to help you over there. but if I could, I would!

I'm guessing somewhere around 500€ (about $700). Money is tight now so I don't wanna start hinting DH for earrings that are insanely expensive :p

I also have no clue how much sapphire earrings can cost! :p I'm so clueless! ;)
^as with everything else, sapphires range in price based on quality & size.

^hope you post pics in here...can't wait to see!
I will! :D

You could definitely get sapphire earrings especially studs for 500 Euros! it all depends on the type of sapphire. and how they are treated. an all natural no treatment sapphire runs higher, but if you buy online such as the natural sapphire company (just an example) you can get more for your money because of less costs of running a brick and mortar type store.

what kind colours do you like?

Many of tpfers shop on the natural sapphire company website. Here is the earring link- http://www.thenaturalsapphirecompan...y6i5dR7wtnJmnQUny2B8+iMHJhpJslAVaAdh6q6fydbrA

NSC is one of my fave gemstone websites. I drool over the padparadsha sapphires :graucho:

The Natural Sapphire Company has some really beautiful earrings, but it's strange that one of the cheapest pairs is the one that I like most :p

I really like the color of these (the light blue) but I'm not really sure how big they are. I'd have to measure my starter earrings to see how they compare in size :smile1:

Your rings are beautiful!!

I love sapphires! Here is a picture of a pink sapphire ring of mine (I purchased the sapphire seperately and had it set and I really wanted a purple-ish pink pale sapphire as opposed to a dark pink sapphire). The ring has diamonds on the side. Here is also a picture of a diamond halo blue sapphire ring of mine. I did not take a picture of the sides but it has diamonds on the sides of the halo as well. I have some other sapphire jewelry but these were the only ones I took pics of.

these are gorgeous!!! they're probably less expensive because there is more demand for darker blue sapphires. doesn't matter, buy what you like!
