It's great because they only put the MK and Coach bags behind the counter. They would put a BV in with all the other brands because they've never heard of them.
I scored this beauty last year at a Goodwill in Florida for $25. It is from the Lightweight line Coach introduced I am guessing in the ‘80s. They must have gotten a lot of feedback the leather was too heavy for some women. Especially with the brass hardware.

I am a little behind with replies here! Yes! It was an eBay auction starting at .99. Shipping was around $11 so technically . . . I was kinda surprised no one else was interested. It was listed with *vintage Coach* in the description and I know I am not the only one using those search words looking for a bargain. It was in basically unused condition. The auction did end lol, at 11 am Eastern on a Sunday morning so I could only guess all the other vintage Coach tPFers were at churchwait, so you bought this for .99 cents? omg...
I have a black Saddle bag too. These two will fill my craving for a Coach Pony Express until I find one at a bargain price.
