Susieserb is my sister and I love her collection and am quite jealous. I want a huge Zuni ring too!!!! I didn't know she had THREE!! (I haven't been to visit her in ages...

Meanwhile I can remember the day she started the whole crazy thing: I was visiting her in her small tourist town and sporting my turquoise jewelry which is NOT Native American. I collect Larry Vrba - which is a different style altogether even though they do overlap. Susie loved my pieces so much that she marched us into a Native American jewelry store that happened to be right on her main street. Soon she was ladened down with amazing stuff and it didn't stop there. She needs to do a video showing it all.

I practiced with video posting to show you the pieces that inspired her. Video posting is the future!!

Turquoise brings calm and tranquility (so the indians say); also prosperity. Hummm need to go in debt and buy more. I SO LOVE YOUR VIDEO!!!!!!!

The 93 year old dripping in Turquoise is the fabulous Iris Apfel, world traveler, famous designer who loves to create for her body as well!!! Isn't she inspaaaaa ration al~

I have three HUGE Turq rings and no problem with taking pics in the sun. I'll do that for you!!

Yep! I am older by a lot and taller by a lot too. But we have pretty similar tastes in bags and jewelry. We both love interior decor too but have completely different styles. Susieserb likes primitive Early American (her home will be in a book and a magazine soon!) and I surround myself with weird Bohemian eclectic Chinoiserie.

I know this an old thread but I actually just found it & thought I would contribute. All my turquoise jewelry is NA & I've posted some of it in the NA jewelry thread. But I do have this single bracelet that isn't NA but it's Sleeping Beauty turquoise with London Blue & Sky Blue Topaz & Chrome Diopside. Love this bracelet & wish I could find some other pieces to compliment it.

Thank you, FC. I've had it for quite some time. I love to wear it but would like to find some other pieces to compliment it.....like earrings & a necklace. It's a tough combination to find accompany jewelry. LOL The search will continue.
