You always have such interesting handbag finds! I can't wait to see how it shines once you give it some TLC.

I've got a new skin. It's a vintage Wild Rhino wallet.

Cool!

Congratulations Raven,

I'm glad you bought the bag and gave it a good home. It's awful to think of it banging around a store unloved, getting more and more damaged. People can say and think what they like, but there is no worse crime on this overcrowded planet (with humans) than waste.

My latest baby (Mappin&Webb, circa 1960s), leather lined, with accent trims from different cuts of skin. So far, this is the softest and most supple skin I have ever felt, and the smallest scales. Would this be a baby alligator?

Belated congratulations :woohoo:

I have 3 M&W bags. 2 lizard and one turtle, all are very well made. Could be baby, or just a small specimen kept very well.

JT Italia HB Satchel in Eel skin. She is gorgeous but pretty heavy with nothing in it. Been sitting on shelf. Her quality & craftsmanship is impeccable and puts other high end designers to shame:)

I was going to buy a similar one on YOOX

I agree, JTI's workmanship is AMAZING!!! I also like how eel's very hardy and no problem in the rain

Congratulations on your lovely bag
