Should I add this Tiffany celebration ring to my collection?

I really like the round stones on you. The baguettes are too small and they don't stand out as much. I think you could totally wear the round stones band daily. Just keep it simple to wearing one ring on one hand, it really stands out. I have two Tiffany half eternity with round stones and I love them, they are smaller than the one you tried on.

I had the same impression: the baguette does not stand out that much. It pretends to be less a diamond ring. Which sounds ridicuous: buying a diamond ring with the aim to project lesser diamonds. :amuse:

Before my best friend saw the ring on my hand (she's the one who took the photos) I was certain that this was it.
She wears "visible" jewellery every day.

There is something about round cut diamonds and our hometown Vienna: you rarely see them, they definitely stand out. More than in other places on this planet.
I have the feeling that understatement is big in Vienna. Maybe my perception, that Vienna is a city where women don't bling a lot is wrong?

Don't get me wrong: I love the ring, because it is perfect. Now I have to know if it is perfect for me and my lifestyle.
A "simple" LV Sac Noé already is a massive statement in the streets of Vienna.
You don't see luxury goods in Vienna that often compared with other cities.

I prefer the ring with the baguettes. I find it more interesting. I'm not the one who's going to wear it though!
Hi again!
I got the baguette ring! The round cut diamonds just were not me.

I have been wearing the ring for 2 weeks non stop and I guess I am "on board" with the celebrations rings: 1 does not feel complete. I want to get myself a second ring, probably with sapphires.
The Jazz design looks lovely, but since the baguette ring is -imho - the least playful, most "formal" shape from the celebration series, Jazz might not get along too well with the baguette.

I have this one on my mind:
Round Diamonds and Blue Sapphires, 3mm, half circle

for comparison the:
Jazz graduated band, again Blue Sapphires and Diamonds

Keeping my fingers crossed that they have both available in the boutique.

I don't "see" any shared setting together with the baguette setting. Maybe I am lacking imagination?

Can't guarantee that 2 will be enough.:biggrin:

@neverenoughbags do you wear 3 band rings at the same time?

Have you considered the Shared Setting Band with sapphires and diamonds?

The band you have already has a defined edge, you might like the contrast of exposed stones placed next to it.

Have fun!
This ring is perfection! I wore it today. This ring adds serious weight to the ring I already own. Together they rock :-)
I asked the SA about the risk of scratching the other ring(s) and she said that I can wear them together.

The second choice would be the Jazz with Pink Sapphires and oval Diamonds.

I could wear all three of them them together.

Other Diamonds-only rings were too sparkly next to the baguette cut stones.

The ring with Pink Sapphires/"Jazz" design looks absolutely "effortless", ready to go in an instant, if you understand what I mean?
The ring with the Blue Sapphires/prong setting look "big", has a "ta-dah" appearance. Very nice!

I asked the SA to give me 2 days to sleep over the decision.
I will go to the boutique during daylight and wear something completely different. Today I was wearing a navy blue sweater, looong knitted scarf, no make up. To my surprise both rings looked fine, regardless my Boho-look, a bit worn out at the end of the day.

I am not a big fan of dressing up for shopping. Especially when it comes to accessoires such as jewellery and glasses. I wear my glasses everyday. They have to look good on me everyday, not just on those days where I feel glamorous.
Those two rings as an addition have the potential of becoming loyal companions.

Now I have to decide if I go for the "big appearance" with the Blue Sapphires, or the effortless style with Pink Sapphires.
Or maybe both.

Compared to my past experiences at the store, this time almost everything was perfect. Well, the boss was around

This year has been such a good year. This year's circle of our Planet Earth around the Sun has been the best year so far in over a decade. Everything can change in an instant. And I know how that feels. Been there, done that.
Now are the days where I can enjoy choosing luxury goods. All members my and SO families are healthy and doing so well. We are happy and worryfree. During hard times I have other things on my mind.
I know, I sound like a Tiffany testimonial. I guess I just know how precious the present is.

PS: I have a pair of Pinks Sappire studs sitting in my drawer. The Jazz ring might be the momentum I have been waiting for to finally get their setting altered. (the present setting does not please me)

Can't wait to see what you choose in the end. Do show us a picture of all your rings together.

I know what you mean by having a good year. A trouble-free, worry-free year. Otherwise you'd be in no mood to shop. Yes, why not "celebrate" a good year.

First night of two. hehehe.
I woke up leaning strongly towards the Jazz with Pink Sapphires.

The store manager met me on my way out and said something very Tiffany'esque (not easy to put her words in English), it was something like: "One of the best feelings is waiting for the day, when you finally put the precious jewellery on your finger. Buying jewellery is not about immediate satisfaction."
Hm, hard to explain. She referred to magic when you and your "future piece to be" get closer. Over time. Until you own it.

Ohmy, I should start workig in T-marketing. haha.

Back from the boutique:

the Pink Sapphires Jazz did not make it to round 2. In my eyes it does not deliver the price tag, where as the ring with shared setting in Diamond/Blue Sapphire sparkles in a way I expect a ring in that price to sparkle.
The Jazz stones are smaller, it's full band.

Almost on my way out I asked for a Jazz in Diamonds only, now that would be a very nice trio:
the ring I already own (round cut/Baguette), the shared stetting with Diamonds and Blue Sapphieres and the Jazz in Diamonds-only. The Jazz is slightly bigger compared to the other two (due to the full band), it would look nice wearing the Jazz closest to the hand palm, then the Blue Sapphieres and then the channel set.

There are several reasons why I did not buy the Blue Sapphires today. One reason: I saw the Jazz with Pink Sapphires differently than I did 2 days ago. I want to be sure that the Blue Sapphires are the right choice.
I am not 100% sure because the shared setting with the Blue Sapphires looks formal, almost strict. Jewellery delivers a message. I am not sure which message this stack would deliver.
The Jazz / Diamonds only would be the 3rd ring.

Thank you for reading.

How did she say it auf Deutsch if you don't mind?
