Thanks for sharing this. I've been looking at TF for over a year. I want to add Cartier and for one, some of their JUC's are a few hundred dollars from new, and how do I know the item is real. I thought TF had these items in their stock and authenticated them? I'm leary of ever using them.

Yeah that's exactly what I thought too, but apparently they only actually have some of the items. Some people call their customer service before buying to see if that item is in TrueFacet's possession or not, but that seems like such a hassle honestly and such a strange way to online shop.
Before you receive the item, the seller has to ship the item to TrueFacet, and they have professional authenticators authenticate it before they ship it to you. But I've seen a few reviews saying that the item they received was still fake, so its not 100% guaranteed I guess. And the other problem with that process is that you can purchase something on TrueFacet, they take your money, and then when the seller ships the item to TrueFacet and they find out it's fake, then all you get is your money refunded and wasted days of anticipation. For these reasons I would DEFINITELY not use TrueFacet if you need something by a certain deadline. Or if you do, definitely call them before you buy to verify they have the item in their possession already.

So what exactly does Truefacet mean by "soon"? I had considered purchasing a Love bracelet from them but the Yelp reviews were very mixed so I didn't feel 100 percent about their reliability to authenticate and then ship in a timely manner. I hope your bracelet arrives shortly and it's exactly what you wanted. Keep us updated.
They said they would get back to me "hopefully by mid-week". As it turns out, the seller lives in Florida and was affected by the hurricane, so it now makes complete sense why TrueFacet's communication with them was spotty. I do wish TrueFacet would have reached out to me earlier and let me know about the situation though. It seems like they are capable of giving good customer service, but only if you initiate the communication yourself. I noticed that I only received a response from them after I posted a negative review on Trustpilot.
If you need something by a certain deadline, I would only use TrueFacet if you call them before buying and make sure that the item you want is a consigned item that they already have in their possession. If not, then you essentially have no idea if/when you will receive your item.
Thanks for the good wishes!

What is TrueFacet's policy regarding refunds? The whole idea of selling merchandise they don't have in their possession and therefore can't authenticate in a timely manner is an unprofessional way of conducting business. I'd be very uncomfortable with the whole buying experience.

So my final update is that TrueFacet never got back to me, so a week later I emailed them and asked for my money back. The next day I received a generic email that said they are refunding my money within the next 48 hours, which they did. No info on what happened with the seller or anything. TrueFacet likes to pretend like they care, but they really don't. 0/10, would not recommend.

BEWARE. Do not buy from TrueFacet! My husband bought me a Cartier bracelet on TrueFacet for Christmas. He ended up getting me something else, though, and began the return process of the bracelet with TrueFacet. They sent him a return label to ship the package. He packed up the bracelet, and shipped it off with their prepaid label. He received an email saying the Cartier box arrived empty. He absolutely shipped the bracelet in the Cartier box, so asked for video or photographic footage of the returns department to see if it we could tell if it was someone internal who stole it, or someone with UPS who stole it. They have refused to provide any footage. They also have not refunded us. Now, they are not returning any of our emails.

I have heard of the same complaints with Fashionphile although many seem to think it's the postal/UPS/FedEx carriers that are swiping the items because they know that items headed to that destination are a high price tag item. So it may have actually arrived empty but not thru any fault of TF. Fashionphile does insure packages so you file a claim. Did you try that route??? If they didn't insure such an expensive shipment then shame on them.

They did not insure it...

I do not know how the purchase was funded but if it was with a credit card you can attempt to dispute
the charge.
No communication is never a good sign & sorry for your experience

BUYER BEWARE OF TRUE FACET: If I could give zero stars, I would because the lowest 1 star is just too gracious for a company like TrueFacet. I paid them 9k on Oct 14 and the item was guaranteed to deliver by Nov 10. To persuade me to purchase, the agent (Adi B) guaranteed that if his company couldn't get the item from one of their suppliers, then he would order it directly from the manufacturer and deliver it to me by the deadline. This company charged my card at the time of placing the order instead of at the time of shipping (it was not just a pending authorization). They never fulfilled the terms of the agreement. They never shipped the item nor even procured it nor refunded my payment. They lied repeatedly and I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get a refund. When I indicated that I do not trust their company and would like to leave a review so other clients can be forewarned, the agent continued with his false statements and repeatedly said they were acquiring the item "the next day." It is now Dec 2 and "the next day" hasn't yet arrived. I have several emails and documented phone conversations where the TF agent is telling some pretty convincing lies. When I mentioned that there are already many negative reviews online regarding TF, the agent Adi B initially reassured me that the company has changed ownership and eventually blamed his supervisor's false promises regarding my transaction. To say the least, I have no reason to trust or recommend TrueFacet and I have every reason to warn others not to give this company loans in the form of payments for items that they promise (but never will) deliver. After exactly 7 weeks of giving this company the benefit of the doubt, I ended up ordering the item directly from the manufacturer at MSRP, as it was always in stock (TF also lied and said the manufacturer didn't have any stock to deliver). There was no reason for TrueFacet to keep the payment, which essentially turned out to be a 4-week interest-free loan from me to them, since they didn't deliver any service or product in return. It is deceitful companies like True Facet which create a bad name for online sellers. Another detail I noticed and documented is that at the time of checkout, the description for the product (verified by item number) included "original box and papers" and I confirmed with the agent that this meant the original Cartier authenticity certificate. Nearing the deadline of Nov 10, I noticed that True Facet had altered the description of the product with the same item number on their website indicating that it includes only the box. Unfortunately, this looked very shady and the TF agent Adi did not realize that I have screenshots of the item description from the date of my order on Oct 14. Adi tried convincing me that the item was never described to come with the authenticity certificate so for anyone who ordered prior to the editing of the description, the buyer would basically receive an item "not as described" if they were to receive this item at all. I am truly surprised that TrueFacet conducted themselves in this most egregious manner and lost not just one, but many good clients.
