Haven’t taken the wrapping off - was contemplating a carryall (which I still like) but need to be able to chuck it about without feeling guilty as this would be a work bag, so bought this coach empire in merlot shown in a couple of different lights! In certain lights she doesn’t look very burnished, what do you think?

The second picture looks pretty burnished to me! It’s a beautiful bag
 
I branched out to give a shot to a new designer I haven’t heard of. I wanted to try some lesser known brands as I’ve become curious in my handbag journey lol. I came across this bag online and I fell in love with its unique shape and color! The company is formally known as Basile but is now Maison Rinceau. They’re designed in France and made in Italy. I would actually compare the leather and quality to Polene. It’s a beautiful bag and I’m really happy with it! Another plus is they include a scarf with every bag purchase. It’s so hard to capture this color on the phone though. It’s much lighter in person
