It's super comfortable and light weight for it's size. It will shed, so you have to be super careful with it. All calf hair bags go a bit bald sooner or later. But that said, I love it so much, I just bought the Carnelian too. I loooooove this bag

I missed my chance to get the curry chelsea tote I had on hold last week because I could not get to the outlet near me after work, so I am hoping to find both bags at the same outlet to have to do only one charge send, or I will wait to see if this one comes back on fos.

Thank you so much for the pics! That blue is gorgeous! I ended up returning the cobalt phoebe because the blue was not as saturated as I wanted. This blue is perfect.

Now I just need to see if it comes back on FOS.

Yes I would say this is a true cobalt. The legacy leather really isn't, it's gorgeous but they should have named it something different.

I am too far from any good outlet to really make the whole charge-send thing work smoothly for me. I always get vicarious thrills from reading about all the great outlet finds everyone gets here.

I think part of the problem is that I was used to really good outlets when I lived in nyc (woodbury, all the New Jersey and Philadelphia outlets, etc) and then when I moved to Michigan I couldn't get used to how different (ie worse) the outlets are here. All the Coach outlets here carry 80-90% mff stuff.

I do get to Woodbury twice a year when I go visit family though.

I will start checking fos every couple of days. I want this bag.

Haha yea but not too interesting. A few years ago my friends and I were messing around acting like we were DJs on the radio, so we can up with names and mine was DJ Slaps Alot lol My persona was to dish out slaps of love to those that needed them, then it kinda turned into AngelSlapsAlot so now I use it for random things!

Though I'm definitely a duffle girl,I didn't look twice at the haircalf bags because $1400 isn't even a remote possibility for me. I've been loving my textured Rory though so I had been hoping to grab one on the FOS. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized Rory really never came in the colors I was hoping for. Love the marine but don't really need that color. But then I noticed how far the cobalt haircalf had been marked down and was suddenly inspired. I had a couple of requests for pictures in the FOS so let's see if I can get the new tPF app to work!

I'm sorry, I'm no help. I haven't carried mine very much yet but even if I did, I live in the desert so rain is the least of my worries!

As little rain as we get the haircalf *feels* like it would repel the water really well. I'm sure someone else can give you a more definitive answer though.
