Thank you so much for the pics! That blue is gorgeous! I ended up returning the cobalt phoebe because the blue was not as saturated as I wanted. This blue is perfect.

Have you used yours yet Galaxygrrl? It seems like it will be pretty comfortable to carry and lightweight for its size.

I think if I saw somebody walking around with this bag and didn't look real close I would assume it was blue velvet. It is so slouchy it kind of looks like its fabric
I love that the strap and tassels are nice soft leather. I imagine I'll use these tassels on other bags occasionally.
I can get where you're coming from with not being able to justify $1400 for a bag. To me, it's a mortgage payment. Lol. I'm so glad you could get her at a decent price. She is truly stunning.
Yeah. I didn't do much more than glance at it and think "pretty"' when it came out, there wasn't even a chance. It kept catching my eye when it was on FOS but since I was looking for a Rory I didn't consider it again. It want until I started thinking about the colors I really wanted rory in, tourmaline and black cherry, which it never came in, that I seriously considered it. I don't have a large blue bag and this really will go with a lot of my stuff.
And if I count some returns I sent back against it I really only spent $150. How's that for "coach math"?
Its a lot easier not to stress about the "hair loss" once I decided it was really only costing me $150 and it could be an almost everyday bag. If I carry it with the same side in it will probably be even less noticeable than the hair loss on mr dobe!

It's super comfortable and light weight for it's size. It will shed, so you have to be super careful with it. All calf hair bags go a bit bald sooner or later. But that said, I love it so much, I just bought the Carnelian too. I loooooove this bag
