Exactly, it's such a shame when that happens. She was always such an attractive woman and she's ruined that now.
I have a grand-aunt who is in her late 90's (aged completely natural, no plastic surgery) and she looks younger than 70 yo Sharon does now. Crazy.

I'm glad she realized she lost too much and decided to stop. I'm sure feeling Ozempic nauseous all of the time wasn't fun.
