I also own a GHW. You will love using it. RGHW is a very delicate metal. I recommend removing the stickers immediately. My Birkin is RGHW. I didn’t remove them, and it got tarnished.
Rose Gold tarnishes a lot more easily than GHW & PHW. It's a good idea to remove stickers and keep the bag in drier conditions if possible. Yes, I’m thinking of taking it to a spa for a general maintenance in a few years. Unfortunately, the metal looks bad.

You can remove the tarnish with a gentle polishing cloth. I have found some on Amazon and they work for my RG plated items as well as fashion jewelry.
I wonder if that’s why we don’t see as many bags in RG?
