Yes, you're so right! It was hard for me as a new client when I first started shopping H to say no to my SA (I still don't like doing it, but it's getting easier lol), but now I've learned, be direct with what you want and say no thanks if it's not the right bag! They won't be upset and in fact, the offers get better!!This bag happened totally by chance! I was going to take the B30 togo actually (I've been in the mood for something floopy!) and on his way out as an afterthought, he said "I have a constance in croc if you're interested," and I said "I'm only interested in lizard for a constance," and I was super lucky he happened to have it!!
