It's a very different look than a 10 or 20 motif. Some people love it, some don't.
i recently got a chance to see a 6 motif necklace and (obviously) fell in love. The stock seems limited but decided to wait for the next round. It's not impossible to get them so unless you have been waiting, have time for yourself to ponder about it until you decide whether you really want it or not.
I saw 2 times magic 6 motifs this year and one was already sold when I saw it. But if they reopen the made to order possibility you will be able to order one easily (mainly mother of pearl and GMOP, malachite) depending you already have a 85k pre spend. Maybe have a try at the necklace to know if you like it for now ? It seems it isn’t the right time for you to buy one so just listen to yourself
Hi there! I would only get it if you truly love it. How rare something is does not matter if it isn't a must have for you. That said, this style has been very limited in recent years so I would definitely try it and see how you feel about it. Personally, I love the style. Good luck deciding!
I read on this forum that sweet carnelian pieces have been a dark shade of red lately. I immediately texted my SA as that was exactly what I was after!
Two stunning pieces. I tried the 2 pieces long time ago. The 10 motif guilloche gets a WAHOU effect for sure, it just radiates light. The 6 motif is a completely other style IMO. More classy for me but also more difficult maybe to style if you have high neck shirts
Hello ligrl, as I have both I would say 10motif YG guilloche is easier to style for everyday usage. You would be able to wear it with each outfit. 6 motif TY/Carnelian is much more difficult to style. Still possible to wear as an everyday piece but not that easy as 10 motif. It is much more dressier and looks amazing with evening outfits. I started with 10 motif YG guilloche and got my 6 motif only recently.
