So sorry TeeCee77, I have a RC K32 in Clemence after 3.5 years it still looks in perfect shape. I am surprised to see the condition of this brand new B25 especially due to its size.

It’s the 35 not 25 so it makes a bit more sense.

I think I’m a slouchy bag magnet. I do not have any experience with clemence. The bag I was offered has a serious bend/slouch. Is this something that can be corrected or is this a definite pass? I love everything about the bag except the big crease in the front. Help! Gotta confirm if I want it today. View attachment 4422441

I’m kind of inclined to write a letter to H (not a mean on, just an informative one). This is not the first time this has happened to me with a 35. It’s so sad to see a beautiful bag that someone went to so much work to make and see it in this terrible condition because it was packed poorly. I’ve seen some of them only have 4 air bags in them and they are fresh from the box with plastic on, so it’s 100% something that happens when they are packed. We should not have to buy $10k + bags just to have to hope they straighten out after they are cared for properly. H really needs to make a better effort when packing. It was so sad.

I don’t want to get too off topic but I would think your store manager would be embarrassed by this and offer you something else immediately! This is very un-H!

I agree with the others, it's a pass. I have a clemence B35 which came to me with a slight slouch three years ago and I've been trying to fix it since but have had little success [emoji58] This one looks like it wasn't stored properly

100% ..I would like one slouchy noir clemence B in a 30... I saw one that I can’t get out of my head a year ago. I do think there are people who like the smoosh in clemence. But OP you did the right thing passing if this is not your thing! Hopefully the next one will be perfect!

C18 etain rghw - passed because the leather is evercalf and looks too brown.
C18 black phw - passed
C18 cactus - passed because i have Vert vertigo.

I really think packing. The bag had no support in the area that was collapsed. I get that clemence is more prone to slouching, but I have looked all over at pictures of brand new clemence bags and none of them are falling in on themselves [emoji848]

Ok ladies... you know I have been waiting on Black B30 togo RGHW for (seems like) everrrrr
I have an offer but it's diferent... so....
Would you take Black togo GHW that is arriving very soon or wait until who knows how long (or if ever) for the RGHW to arrive?

p.s. I can wait... but the end of semester is approaching... and my store hasn't received a black B30 in Togo in months and has received no bags with RGHW yet. They have only received black B30's in epsom, which I swiftly passed on...so .... hmmmm....
