As you know I love my B25s but already have 3 very nice ones so had to pass both craie and malachite in togo. Funny thing, if I would have been offered either of these bags 2 years ago I would have accepted on the spot. I craved for them for a long time but now I rather invest in more special pieces and 3 B25s are enough unless I go for one exotic. Love the thrill of collecting and using all my bags. You never know what you are offered at the boutique [emoji3]

I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of this bag and my SA said she hadn't seen this color/hw combo in over a year at the boutique. I was super stunned. Anyway, I'm just glad it showed up 2 months after the request because I was getting very desperate for a neutral B. I know you love GA too but I really LOVE gold. I almost jumped on the GA offer but I'm glad I stuck to my guns on Gold because she is PERFECT! I'm sure you will score one soon. True CLASSIC!!! xo

THANK YOU ALL for your kind words of Congrats! I am soooo happy with my new Golden Girl! Gold was the color of my very first Birkin and the experience of getting that bag has stuck with me forever. Unfortunaltey I did not know much about B sizing when I bought that 35 and she was too big and heavy for me so 6 years passed and I finally let her go (((crying)))) But I now have a wonderful mini version of my First B and I'm in love. Sooo it all worked out and can I say even better because Mini is not veiny hahahaha

your boutique response. Ya i just bought a compact bearn in gold epsom and it is lighter in color and my clemence kelly has more yellow in it. Anyway... congrats again IF, enjoy your gold b and look forward to more pics.
Not sure if you are on IG, but the video of my SA unboxing the bag live is posted on my account (the link is in my signature block here) and at the end you can hear me burst out about the veining. The entire video I was radio silent in anticipation. I almost cried. I was SO HAPPY!Me me me! I am one of those that LOVE veining! Haha
Yes, I have a gold 42mm belt that is in Epsom from a few years ago. It is much lighter than my togo gold 32mm belt strap. That was when I realized how different colors can look in different leathers.
