Finally!!! Got that fabulous email today... the one we all wait for! Couldn’t believe my eyes this time because it wasn’t a teaser offer like all the ones before that were colors that were NOT on my wishlist. Beautiful colors like GA, beton, blue Nuit, etc but alas I declined.

I am Finally going to add one of last few color combos I have been dreaming to get my hands on for a few years!! Why did it take so long when it’s auch a classic.... No clue but shes going to be mine!!! I won’t tell u which color bc I want to do a reveal but I was so excited I had to share with you ladies because YOU GET HOW AMAZING THIS IS!!! Mother’s day weekend too!!! Saturday can’t come fast enough! happy dance!!!!

Picked up something special today and was offered two lizzie jiges while doing so:
-Blue Paon with Mykonos Lizard trim
-Blue Indigo with Ombre Lizard trim

Declined the Paon but Indigo is on hold. What shall I do? It’s stunning but I already have a black jige and I feel like they are too similar.

Ohhh that's hard. I love the lizard trim too. Depending on how often you use clutch, maybe snap up the lizard too since it's so special and can be worn casually too??? Orrr, if SA says they may come out with other colors version, wait on that.

Yes hun, VERY hard to pass on. BUT, this bag is a MUST for me and now it's mine. Unfortunately, the boutique I shop with gets mostly PHW bags... and I am a GHW girl so I needed to be careful about the quota bag bc I never knew when one of these would show up with GHW!!!! I had to stay strong!

Offered my first Birkin - B35 Epsom, Blue Zanzibar, GHW. Passed as I'm holding out for a neutral, but it did cement my love for Epsom. The structured nature of the leather is exactly my style.

And Blue Zanzibar is the perfect summer/resort/tropical vacation color. Pictures can't convey the vibrancy of that shade. If I already had neutral Birkins (a darker neutral and a lighter neutral is my goal), I would have jumped at it as a striking statement bag.

I agree with everything you've stated here and your approach to building your collection. The only thing I'd say is a B35 in Epsom is a big bag... but because it is so stiff, it looks even bigger IMHO. I prefer 30, in all leathers but particularly in Epsom.... But that is totally personal preference! Good luck on your H hunting!!!

Ooh what is this something special??? And I just got the blue indigo ombré lizard jige and I love it. I think it’s really special. do u reach for your other jige often? I can see both being in a collection without being redundant if u will use both.
