Unfortunately, I had flight issues on Friday so haven’t yet seen the bag! I will speak to my SA on Monday (he was not working on Saturday but coming in for a special appointment just to see me) to see whether he’ll be able to keep the bag for another week for me.

I think that the smooth leathers are so beautiful!! I’ve been dying for smooth Barenia and box, and it’s lovely to be able to try out other leathers while I wait. I never would have thought I’d love Evercolor as much as I do in my mini Roulis and I would love to place a SO for an Evercolor Kelly in the future! Needless to say, I’m enjoying my H leather journey.

Sorry to hear about the flight issues. I hope they keep it for you!!! SA was just telling me the other day that he thought bright colors are especially nice on tadelakt. Can't wait to see yours!

I’m not a Hermes encyclopedia but I recall reading somewhere that non-quota bags fo not count towards a customer purchase history. I.e constance, garden party, lindy, Kelly cut etc do not increase your chances of being offered a Birkin or Kelly.

Hmm I know my SA and I really hit it off when I bought my teapot, but I asked if leather goods help me buy a b/k or if I buy a bag does it hurt my chances at the next one I want/do nothing and my SA said anytime you buy something it's taken into account positively. I don't really ask for bags though, I only ask him if he has non-bag items I want and then if he asks I say "oh I want..." or he'll call/email me if he has a bag I want.

I had to decide over the phone which one I wanted to hold for the day and I chose the mini Kelly II..what do you ladies think? The k25 sounded dreamy in tadelklat sellier but mini Kelly II is so rare or so I've been told.

Ok I have said this but personally I would not buy something because it is said to be rare and I could not really make the Mini K II work for me because of the size. It's my opinion and I hope it works well for you.

Totally get what you're saying. I guess what I meant was that I have a few k25s and k28s and I like the size of the mini Kelly (I love small bags). Choosing between the two I figured it was a lot harder to come by the mini Kelly

I am on the petite side and I have 28 25 and 20 (the mini). I use 25 for work and 20 for wknds. I am loving my mini atm. However, it is small... fits the bare essentials: wallet, iphone (I have an 8 plus), lipstick and inhaler... nothing else...
