Not OP but the two colors are very similar. That said, if you put them side by side, you can totally tell the difference. To me Magnolia is more pink, and Rose Pourpre has more of a purple undertone. HTH.

I think RP reads very purple but many people see it as a pink. I think next season is bringing two more bubblegummy pink colors if that's what you're looking for and are willing to wait. I'm still torn on RP myself. I turned down a C24 because I'd have had to travel to get it. But if I'm offered it again in person, I may get it. You should go see it (if that's easy) before deciding.

My thoughts exactly! It definitely looks like a purple to me and I don’t like any purple. I saw some teaser photos of the new pinks in a different thread. While I like those more, I feel like it will be given to the VIP (which I’m not). I love when I see other people style RP because it’s a fantastic neutral. I’m also torn between a c and a roulis.

Team Sellier here. Thr Sellier indeed showcases the true beauty of the Kelly bag. As in it screams Grace Kelly.
Which leather was it in? C in RP I saw was in evercolor, which looked very different from RP in Epsom or chevre. It felt like too much purple for my taste. And I was just too taken by seeing magnolia in person that day. I would always be a PINK person, I guess. I see you as a pink person too, but probably because I am too used to how you used to color your hair, lol. I remember how I ooohed aaahed over it when my sister showed me your Instagram couple years ago.
The photo she sent makes it look like evercolor, but I feel like it's swift? I'm a very pink person, but I feel like this might be the same as me and GA. I was adamantly "NO" about GA, then my SA showed me a K32 and it's my favorite now. First world problems!!!
Both! I prefer retourne for my casual 28, but chose sellier for my SO 25 cause it's my fancy bag haha. I like the relaxed slouchy look of a retourne kelly over time.
How do you like the 25? I want a kelly 25 but my SA says it’s really small. I’m only 5’4 and 113lbs so I think it might be proportionate for me. Can you fit much in it?
Oh I just placed my SO, but I was able to borrow a friends for a weekend. I am 5'1, so I like bags that don't overwhelm me. It looked like a regular sized bag on me, not a mini bag which is what I was afraid of. I typically use a Chanel mini, though this week a constance 18 has been doing fine as an every day bag. The 25 fit everything I needed in it - my dogon compact wallet, my iphone x, a pair of sunglasses in a soft case, and 2 bastias. I found it fits a lot when you play around with it. IMO more than a Chanel classic m/l because things like my wallet can sit upright not across the bottom, but things can't be thrown into the bag. It takes so rearranging and things will be on top of each other. Also getting in and out was kinda a bother - I cant hold it on my arm and rummage around, but also it wasn't my bag and in epsom, so I was being as careful as possible. The biggest difference to me was when I carry a k28 or b30 I feel like people are always hitting my bag.

I love both but the Kelly is extra special and I always love the smooth leathers in Sellier, so I said yes to that one for now! Will go check it out next week.
