If you only count the cost of all B/K/C bags in the denominator and count everything else as pre-spending, the answer is yes.
If you exclude some SLGs and other bags from the pre-spending, I honestly don't know the answer because I am just buying what I like and do not keep score in details. Probably yes because I had a fun retail therapy session or two a month ago.
Edit: I asked a friend of mine (my H addiction instigating friend) for the 1:1 definition. She mentioned to me that it usually only counts the object of desire in the denominator and then the qualifying purchases in the numerator. But the rule doesn't apply to the KP because it is so hard to come by. The only sure way to get it is to a great profile over time.

Yes, I passed on both of the bags. I’m actually waiting for either K28/B25 in GA ghw.
Must say, both of the bags I was offered were beautiful in real life but sadly I had to reject it. [emoji22][emoji22]
30 cm Himalayan B with PHW in January; couldn't believe that I was offered that bag.
Received a RAC from 1 1/2 years ago last month- Rose Azelea Epsom, Rouge Tomate Chèvre 25 cm Sellier K with BGHW.
Black togo B with PHW last week, to replace my every day bag that is losing it's shape.
Offered another RAC- just picked colors 2 days ago- Anemone Swift /Rose Pourpe Chèvre 28 cm K with BGHW!!! This will be my 3rd horse shoe bag, again can't believe it was even offered.
All from same store... there are ways around the quota

The most “me” choice would actually be k20 but its price is pretty much same range as the other bags and yet so small! I already have two minis. I like them but do I really want to pay that much more for the special leather? For something literally smaller than my hand?
I thought I liked rose poupre but seeing it in real life made it a bit disappointing, at least in evercolor. If they had it in chèvre, I think I would’ve grabbed it right away.
Pink is my fave color, followed by green. So rose azalee and vertigo are both great color wise. But somehow cannot decide which, especially since I already own many bags that are either pink or green.

If I have to choose among them, I would go with K20 terre cuitie most since it’s a rare piece and beautiful ☺️
I was going to say the C24 Vert vertigo only if the H is not too overbearing in GHW. Otherwise maybe none of the above?
i would go with the k20 as pink is your favorite color and tc is so sakura like in ostrich, regarding size yes its tiny!
ok, course this is just my opinion...since you already have 2 mini K --I would not get K20 b/c it is small too.
I have RA in b25 and in swift and it is beautiful.. vert vertigo IMO is a different kind of green and for me not too easily to match my wardrobe
so if is me...I would get K25 RA swift

While I know green isn’t favorite color to many ladies, I really do love all shades of green. If I had the wealth to get anything I want, I’d probably be buying every green and pink bags they ever made.
But no green for me this time. I ended up getting the birdie. It turns out it is actually kp, not a k20, so it suddenly became much easier to decide.

And rose azalee in swift is really lovely! My sis took it as she always wanted k25. Very feminine and cutesy. I think I would actually request for swift bags in the future. I think it could be my next favorite leather after chèvre.
