This is so true!
I bought an Eileen belt thinking the ‘enamel’ part was a capucine-ish red and when I got home I realized it was fuchsia!
I still kept it because I like the belt, but had it been something more important or something bought to go with something else, I wouldn’t have been a happy camper.

I have a B30 in clemence, and it hasn't slouched at all (or maybe not yet, who knows). I've had it since January this year and had been using it regularly in rotation. It is a tad bit softer than my B30 in Togo but not really significant.
I only use a soft insert on it(the older maitai insert). If anything, I found out that I like clemence better than togo because I personally feel like it takes color more vibrantly.

Can you post a pic please? Loving the idea of clemence on a smaller bag. Is the clemence leather more “shiny” than Togo? I find My Togo bags are kinda “matte” if that makes sense

Yes! I find that clemence is more "shiny" (or more saturated) and Togo is more matte.
I have posted a photo of my B30 from a couple of months back but it seriously hasn't aged a day since I got it.:heart:

I wish they would have a small area/room with better task lighting to help you better appreciate the craftsmanship and see the color for what it is in it’s true light. But then again, soft and warm lighting adds to the ambiance with champagne and the romance of unboxing a H bag.
For me, I like to bring it to the main entrance to see the color better but then other customers get crazy that you are looking at a bag. Then they ask if they can buy it if you are declining, etc. etc. and it takes away from the magic of getting your bag.

;) Does your store have a window in a private room? I find that helps.

No. Sadly, there is no private room. After obtaining offers, I now know why a private room is of utmost importance so you can take your time to look, and ask questions without interruptions from others. It’s amazing how ppl freak out when they see a B or K. And it’s worse when they reach out and pick yours up! Sorry to be off topic moderators. Back to the topic of recent gorgeous H offers! And I hope to see blue encre on a B or K rather than the tiny sample swatch.

Glad to hear you still liked the color and kept it.
Perhaps we use the flashlight app on our smartphones and it might supplement the dim lighting?
