I am freaking out - my SA emailed me 3 hours ago to ask me if I would be interested in my UHG!! I just emailed back but it is after store hours in NY. I hope she is waiting to hear from me before offering it to someone else!! And the other problem is that I am on vacation and wont be home until Labor Day. Does anyone know if they will hold it for me if I pay with a credit card over the phone? Agony!!
Dear DR2014, I would think your SA would wait for your reply at least 1 business day. I hope everything will work out well for you.
Just to share, I had almost same experience with my Noir GHW K28 2 years ago and I too was on a week’s business trip but their policy is they can only hold a BKC at most 3 days. After which, the bag would either be offered to other customer who asked for the same spec. At end of 4th day after I was confident that all my meetings completed, I messaged my SA if the K28 is still available. She checked and it was! She did another reserve for 3 days for me. I immediately changed my flight to fly home.

I didn’t, sorry! I have 2 young boys and I need space for all the crap, I mean, things they need. I’m glad my SA called my hubby tho, or else I couldn’t have refused. But at the end of it all, it doesn’t really fit my lifestyle right now. I can barely use my Cs.

Hi! Yes, mine is epsom too. You are doing a way better job at taking picture than I am. To me, when you are looking at the bag, I wouldn't confuse it with black. It is definitely a dark green. But in photo, yes, it comes out looking black. your photo looks great! Perhaps in real life, it's a bit richer would you say?
