I am so sorry! I've done that for a few times where I can't recall where I put it or lost it. It took months 3-6mos for me to locate them. I just misplaced them. I am sending you a positive vibes. Hope you will find them soon.

Hope you find them, it's a horrible feeling.....

Have you got pictures of you on your travels wearing them so you could perhaps trace back that way ?

Original not this a very longshot and I have no idea whether it works but have you tried hypnosis to see if you can recall when you last wore them?

I hope you don't laugh or get offended.. but I suggest you say a prayer to Saint Anthony of Padua. He is the patron saint of lost things. I believe in this deeply and have petitioned him when I lose treasured items. You know what, they all turn up soon after. Have faith and pray. No harm done. I understand how sad losing sentimental things can be.

So I love my pearls and recently, to my horror, I cannot find my mikimoto necklace with a pearl and diamond pendant. What's worse is I can't remember where or how it's lost. I have been travelling a bit and wore it in my travels.

I haven't worn it for a few weeks since I returned and was looking to wear it when.. I just can't find it! I'm so frustrated and annoyed with myself as this is a wedding anniversary gift - he bought it to replace one (mikimoto as well) that was stolen when a burglar stole it from our house.

*sob*

I am assuming since there hasn't been a recent update, that you still haven't found them?

I feel your pain. I have misplaced a pair of earrings -- but I am sure they are in my house -- and it torments you when you can't find jewelry that you love.

Dear all - I never found them. *sob* I walked past a mikimoto and saw the same necklace still available and bought it again. I don't have the heart to open it though. So it's sitting unopened in my cupboard. Somehow opening it means my old one is really gone and I don't want to say bye

Hope you find your necklace someday.

On the bright side, atleast you're in a position to be able to go out and just buy another mikimoto right? ☺

Gota remember the blessings in life, it puts things into perspective.

That's a good way to think. Yes - sentimental feelings aside for the original because it was a gift, I am grateful for what I have.

Doesn't take away the bad feelings and guilt/ self blame.. But thanks for the reminder to be grateful.

Try not to dwell on the bad feelings, these things happen in life right?! Just liked you learnt to love version 2 (after the robbery) you will learn to love version 3.

You're stronger for it *virtual hug* ☺

Now open that miki and enjoy it girl! 😆

P's What a story now accompanies this set!
