:smooch::lolots::yes: yes, we do, spitting image^

She wore a Vert Bengal shade knit dress with a left thigh centered slit up to her bikini line and towering 120cm slim heels in suede, similar shade given diff textiles. Funny thing was, attendees were trying to find a 'real sale' burying themselves @ the racks that no one notice her except the employees.

Are you sure it was Kelly? Cuz we look a lot alike:) especially our height.

Echoing the others...this sale was an EPIC FAIL.

I ended up buying a pair of mocha boots (thanks to Codygirl) for enabling!

The only + was hanging with old tPF friends and meeting new ones!

The best part of the whole thing was indeed getting to huddle in our umbrella yurt and gossip and yak. Call me crazy, but I was pretty happy to have spent 5+ hours on my feet in the pouring rain with you and the girls, but not as happy that I only bought a pair of shooz.

Thank goodness the nice gentleman organizing the boots had a sense of humor when I
asked him if he could go in the back and look for my size in a pair of boots:p.....twice.
I picked up a boot and said "I will take this in a 37" please.
He chuckled! Better than the temp guy.......not sure he has a job today:laugh:

LOL - Pursuant to restricter's follow up, I'd say :sweatdrop::sweatdrop: are in order OY!

Here's a couple photos from Racked.com. Very nice.

Thanks for the pix. I know most of you are disappointed, but all that SL crystal just sitting there.... I love their colored barware/wineglasses and cleared out all they had in the BH sale a few years ago. Wish I were there to do the same in NYC. I hope the sales improve in the future and I really hope they have another on the West Coast.

I nearly got my head bitten off by the Soiffer manager when I did. She was stressed out but I didn't appreciate her dressing me down like I was one of her employees. I plan on boycotting their sales for the rest of 2012.

The sale was indeed a sad one with regard to what most of us long to find--SLGs, perfumes, perhaps the odd bag (one can dream), jewelry. . . SCARVES! It was bewildering that they had no silks at all. :wtf: BUT, I got a couple of presents for DH and a few wearable odds and ends for me and left happy (damp, but happy). And, yes, seeing some lovely tPFers was the best part, definitely.

Indeed.

Ditto:hugs:

Strangely enough, there was something in the air with the folks @ SF, mood unlike other sales...
All the regular/older employees must have received a 'talking to' bcos they paid it forward towards the shoppers woah/woe^

Those manning the dishes went above and beyond assisting everyone.

What heinous offense did you commit? I can't believe a service person thought it was okay to holler at a customer! What the?

I told her that one of her employees was not only rude but openly mocked the women waiting in line. She not only snapped at me then but later scolded me for handling the Hermes glassware. Granted, I was mocking it at the time but still....

Gosh, unbelievable behavior from the manager! No one ever could treat jinjy's mom like that. Watch out mean lady @sh, jinjy will scratch your face if you behave like this!
