Unless it’s an HG for you, I think the simplest solution is to send it back for a full refund. I’m suspecting they will not be giving a discount equal to repair cost.

This was actually an early fall purchase, finally getting around to taking some pics. I wish the front zipper was an actual pocket! I don't know why they did that.
