Thanks to a wonderful TPFer, the earlier TRR failure with their inauthentic Twiggy has been corrected by this beautiful 2005 Dolma City. We had a spa day with a quick photo shoot. The Dolma color changes with the light which is super cool in person, but only a moment in time is captured digitally. Hope this is a good shot.

So pretty! What a unique green and I love the texture of the leather that you seemed to capture perfectly. 🥰💚

Thanks for the clarification. I think you're the first person I know who considers chartreuse as a neutral which is refreshing. I love it, and why I got the Anis First. Figured that was as close as I could get that color in the oldies for Bal.
You’re likely right. Check out older BVs too.

Purchased from Fashionphile, gorgeous bag, graded in very good condition and came with a broken handle. I would like a price adjustment and will get it repaired. How disappointing. Fashionphile has not responded at all.

How long ago did you contact them?
Yesterday when I noticed it on the picture AFTER I purchased it. There is no way this bag was inspected as it's very hard to pick up bag when a handle is totally off and not notice it. It's a gorgeous bag, but now I'm trying to get a quote from Rago Brothers. Not a pleasant experience.

Unless it’s an HG for you, I think the simplest solution is to send it back for a full refund. I’m suspecting they will not be giving a discount equal to repair cost.
