Hi all, I don’t even have an SA at the Toronto or any location. Never purchased in stores and only purchased two Chypre sandals online this summer. I received an invite at 1pm today. Mine is not early access though. Are we allowed to bring a guest for the 25th-28th one?

Also, I’ve been to a public sale many many years ago. Will the public sale be after the private? How is the wait times like? I remember for public, we waited for hours in line. Since the private has actual time slots, I’m assuming it’s better?

If you are allowed to bring a guest it will say so on your invitation.

Does Hermes and your SA have any visibility into who registered/showed up and bought somehting during the sale? I've got my invite but am on a fence if I should go or not. Just curious if not registering this time may lead to no invites in the future.

Can’t even read the invite. The link works but the email is unreadable for some reason
The invitations are customized to the recipients. Some people are allowed to bring guests. Others are not. It’s not standard across the board. If you can’t read your invitation you’ll have to contact Hermes to clarify if you can bring a guest or not.

I am curious too since I have never been invited before. I assumed the first day available was the advanced access and perhaps more people are invited on the following days of the sale - but if you can't make the advanced access you can still attend on the other days? It also seems customers have been categorized. I would love to know the ranking system! Does anyone know?
The categories are likely intuitive based on spend. I would assume Croc would be the highest. I'm barenia so likely in the middle. 😉
