Hard for his defense to circumvent all of this testimony.
Cassie was a young impressionable girl . The money, the visibility, the sexual attraction
in addition to everything else, Diddy didn't care. He is a predator by nature & on the hunt
for his next catch & he had a lot to offer that was very tempting to a 19 year old young girl
Epstein was a different character than Diddy, so not so certain that he will get away with this
& remember Ghislane Maxwell received a sentence for recruiting these women. She didn't get
to walk away & doubt that he will either, but the trial is just starting, her cross examination appears
to have held up, so it's just now going to be what his defense is going to come up with, if any
of it can be credible for exploitative behavior & sexual proclivities that are despicable

Sadly, Virginia Giuffre reportedly committed suicide but her father said someone got to her.
She was in an accident had serious injuries & a short time to live allegedly
E. Jean Carroll brought a sexual abuse case after many years & she was awarded a significant $$$$.
not sure what the status of this case is now, but nonetheless it may headlines & her accuser was found guilty
of battery & defamation but not of rape.
Sexual predators need to be accountable for the heinous actions at the end of the day
No woman should be subjected to "freak outs" , etc
Whatever JLo knew for the moment it is under wraps as it doesn't appear she is willing to make
a statement.
Cassie's testimony was powerful, significant, dramatic & impactful. Not too many will forget this
physical abuse & the video just speaks for itself. Painful for Cassie to relive this but she has a
new life with a child on the way & good for her & her family that she in her own way has moved on
to live a better life.
I'm not so certain if Diddy can play the system & walk from this.. Tough, very tough case

I am absolutely shocked that when she sued him for abuse in 2023 and he settled and paid her $20 million (she revealed this amount for the first time in court) that his lawyers did not have her sign some kind of something to keep this from coming out.

No amount of money will ever erase what she endured for so long but she deserves that money and more!

So Cassie finished her testimony - now what. When do they start on the racketeering conspiracy or is it all about fraud and coercion. I guess no one is looking into Kim's death.

And those are just the ones we've known about lately. Rich. Powerful. Influential. Could make or break careers with a ten second phone call. Got away with it for years and years. Who could do such a thing!". How many saw Ventura and other women get kicked and beaten and simply partied on and returned for future freak offs?
