This morning the Los Angeles Times has a follow-up article on the June 2015 incident at UCLA but it is limited to subscribers. An altercation occurred after a football coach booted Justin Combs from the team's summer practice sessions The dismissed felony charge related to Sean Combs swinging a kettleball at the coach. Newly-revealed documents indicate that Combs physically assaulted the coach and tore his shirt, choked an intern, and put a third staff member in a headlock. Two prosecutorial agencies declined to file charges.

Can’t help but think if it had happened anywhere but LA he would’ve been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Los Angeles loves celebrities.

I remember when that happened at UCLA when Justin was there. they made it sound like a disagreement at the time and nothing more.

It's absolutely mind boggling that he has been up to these horrific things for 30+ years and the law is only catching up with him now and it's not that he went completely unnoticed or his alleged crimes unheard of either, there have always been talk and rumours around him. I hope he's locked up for life and never sees the outside world ever again.
This world is so corrupt.
The world is evil and this is an example of money and fear being used so that you will look the other way

This was in the headlines (more or less) at the time, I remember hearing it on all the NY news media outlets! So bizarre that nothing ever came of it!

Seems like his antics have been bi-coastal, no? Scary how many "powerful" folks are folded in to protect people like him. Not sure why people lose their minds/ethics around famous or wealthy people.

Was that directed at me? lol

I am not blaming the victim, I just wonder what makes girls/women go to these things when everyone heard the rumours?Rationalization that nothing bad can happen to them? That's very common in young women - feeling invincible.
Excitement. Curiosity. In this case maybe trying to get into his celebrity inner circle. It’s a given that the women and men who went must have admired Diddy.

right - I don't know how many times since this news broke and people have talked about these parties how many have said "a Diddy party was something everyone wanted to be invited to"! especially the white parties because those were often in the news and press. it was like in high school being invited to hang out with the popular kids.
