Scratches Please help.

It literally looks like someone had a pen that wasn't working and zig-zagged the leather to try and get it to work. Very spiteful of that person. Hope they leave your home soon!

Pen? Maybe. But I never thought of pen. All I thought were fork, knife or scissors. Very upsetting actually.

In our house, me, my hub and my kids and i do have another person staying here with me. So i guessed it was that person scratched intentionally, because my kids won't do that, let alone my hub.

Asked lv, they don't repair for it, and can't even change the bottom. It's a brand new bag which i bought last year September. Used it for less than 5 times. Can you imagine how sad i am now

Do you get along with that person? if not, let her go!

It's awful whatever it is! I only thought pen because that's the sort of thing I do when I'm trying to get a pen to work, but of course I don't use an LV to try and get it to work!
I can only suggest getting a leather healing balm and work the whole base with it a few times to try and plump up the scratches. You might get it less noticeable over time.

All of those would have made it worse! look like the marking where done on a pen.

That is child like behavior of that person...I‘m sorry you had to experience this.
