The scratches are quite deep actually. Till it torn the leather itself.

Looks intentional, something my kids would have done if I did not pay attention.

When you say deliberately I take it to mean an intentional act. As in someone is going out of their way to damage your bag. Only you would know that
How old is the bag? Did you purchase it new? Where do you carry it? When did you notice them?

Yes it's intentionally done but not my kids. Someone whom staying under same roof with me. Sad.
In our house, me, my hub and my kids and i do have another person staying here with me. So i guessed it was that person scratched intentionally, because my kids won't do that, let alone my hub.
Asked lv, they don't repair for it, and can't even change the bottom. It's a brand new bag which i bought last year September. Used it for less than 5 times. Can you imagine how sad i am now

Maybe try to bring it to those bag spa to restore it and lock all your bags at a safe place from now on .

I'm so sorry for you and that is a really nasty thing for someone to do. I would be very careful if you have to keep that person in your house. It's not my business, but they wouldn't be welcome in my house after something like that.
It literally looks like someone had a pen that wasn't working and zig-zagged the leather to try and get it to work. Very spiteful of that person. Hope they leave your home soon!
I brought my bag to bag spa, but nothing can be done to restore the smoothness of the base. Tq for the kind words
