Good luck with you! BH is a big store and yes, this is the one on rodeo Drive. SCP stands for South Coast Plaza, very upscale mall in Orange County...heard the renovations are going on right now and the store is not as big as the one in BH.

Ah ok, thank you, it's been so long that I was there, (since university), not going till next June so a lot of time was just curious waht the SCP was for when we go.

well there is a 30 birkin in fuschia available on eBay, not sure if you buy outside the boutiques... but if you're interested, run it by the authentication thread first!

Hey PPP,
I had a bad experience with the SCP store in purchasing ladies RTW, very poor service. Never have been to the BH store but if you are in LA it would be closer to you. The SCP store is in Orange county and close to Newport Beach, somewhat of a drive from BH. You might also try Lily et Cie, very high end vintage store, the Directirce gets all the really good estate sales. A friend of mine here in DC got a beautiful Birkin there. I know owner/manager quite well and if you PM me, I will send you her name and number and set up a private appt for you to visit.

I've purchased vintage clothes from Rita at Lily et Cie. I'd fly out and buy, stay at the Four Seasons and just walk two blocks to Burton Way with my then Yorkie. I'd fly out for a final fitting. I never saw Hermes bags at the time. She has her best vintage stored in her house, brings it in for special customers. Rita always took me out to dinner, a very interesting woman. All her stock isn't placed on display in the store.:heart:
Rita's an elegant, beautiful woman.:tup:
