Beautiful Papertiger!

When you look at the incredible list of scarves that were issued, I feel a little guilty I don't have more Ledoux! But I love the 2 designs I do have..

Here is Phaeton...I know you guys have seen it before but hope you aren't toooo sick of seeing it! It's another one I have to kind of search to find ways to wear, like the la Rosee. I seem to have trouble finding ways to wear blue scarves! Will try to ponder that heavily this week!

Thank you bunnycat

Well that blue scarf if nothing less than a sophisticated beauty, just the kind I am trying to purchase more of and stop buying the 'crazies'

Wow, the red! Spectacular!

Thank peppers, I was buying the brown and the reseller (very sillily) revealed in a by-the-way she had the red after I told he "if you ever get the red...", some how she kindly ended-up selling it to me, what a sweetie.

I have about 10 Ledoux, I think. I love his work! I've shown this one before: La Comédie française. It's also called Molière and is from 1969, I believe. View attachment 3356369View attachment 3356370View attachment 3356371

10? That's amazing work

and so is that scarf amazing, must be a scenes from his most famous plays. Fabulous with your outfit. Strange H doesn't do these kind of scarves with narratives anymore

the thistle on Scotland is covering where I live ;)

I am to the left and up of the soldier's helmet!!! 😀😀 Will need to keep my eyes open for this one !!

How nice, papertiger & Pautinka! I'm Scottish by ancestry (have a "Mc" real name) and I love this scarf. Here it is in back-to-school brown:
and two different ties -- the second managing to make two sword hilts look like one eggbeater!

Ooh, I think I prefer that cw to the red. More versatile. I looked the scarf up and I believe it was made for the Drambuie liqueur company. Not a bad corporate item at all. Papertiger, I will look out for you!! 😁😁😁

Sorry, I meant I prefer the cw for me!! The red is lovely too!!

The Scotland is an odd deep rose pink rather than red, Pautinka -- I love turquoise and with the rose it makes a nice combination for me. It's seen better days, but is a sentimental favorite -- I actually wear the black/brown Scotland more, but I have a lot of brown scarves so it has to wait its turn!

That actually sounds like a really beautiful colour! 😍
