PERFECTION[emoji173]️[emoji173]️... What a gorgeous CW of Jardins (right?) and of course my dear Piruka you look stunning in this[emoji7]

Thank you dear eternallove4bag! :hugs:

Looks great on you!! I should know, but which scarf is it?

Why thank you Jahna! It is Dans un Jardin Anglais, the Noir cw.

I love it!

Thanks Pocketbook Pup!!!

Thank you, dear Pirula! Beautiful Jardin Anglais and chic knot as well!

Thank you very much Croisette.

New hippopolis scarf paired with my blue de galice skirt. Really love the accent of the turquoise border which makes this neutral scarf pop. Please excuse my poor mod shot taking technique.

Very pretty and spring-like

Off theme. Saw this knot on Pinterest (no doubt someone here) and gave it a try. I like it! It's done with a shawl ring.

UH OH!! I see trouble coming. Another scarf I could have easily ignored had you not tied it so beautifully! Try to be a little less great next time...:graucho:

Very elegant on you, Sparkley!

Merci Croisette!

Heehee I can't believe I'm enabling too. I'm not as sophisticated as all you ladies with different knots and I'm afraid of wrinkling the scarf so I always use scarf rings. Happy to share.

Nod to Sparkley: you sent me off to Hermès.com; they only have two CWs on the site, so I guess I will have to call my SA and see if they have it (DC).

MBATR (meanwhile back at the ranch- I made that one up-drives the grandkids crazy!) here is Nikko, by Vladimir Rybltchenko, 1991:

...and here's one by the grandson? Dimitri R(ybaltchenko) "Prieres au Vent". No longer positive, but I know Dimitri is one of the figures...I think the one at the top facing us.

View attachment 3274438View attachment 3274438I've been falling behind this week's geography theme. Lovely, interesting scarves, as usual. A couple to contribute:

Voyage de Pytheas (an all time favourite)
Canada - (a sentimental favourite)

Oops, my bad, Canuck -- when I said EAST ASIA was "the first of the Geography Week themes" I didn't mean this was Geography Week. There are several World Areas this year -- sorry to cause confusion by saying Geography Weeks.
(Nice scarves, though -- I also like VdeP and Canada)

Here's the rundown for those who want to play the Theme Game:
(I'm not the Theme Police, so you can always show what you want, of course):

14 Feb 2016 CHINA, JAPAN, KOREA, MONGOLIA: scarves featuring EAST ASIA
24 Apr 2016 MAPS & EXPLORERS: scarves commemorating discovered or imaginary lands
1 May 2016 SOUTH AMERICA, BRAZIL, SPAIN: scarves with HISPANIC/LATINO influence
7 Aug 2016 AFRICA: places, animals, people, plants on the second-largest continent
9 Oct 2016 INDIA, NEPAL, TIBET, BURMA, THAILAND, INDONESIA and other places in SOUTH & SE ASIA

There is clearly some overlap and choices to be made -- I chose to put Tibet in with Nepal and India, for example, so if you've already posted a scarf from a South or SE Asia country, then you get to show it again in October!
