Daimyo is a grail for me but I can never seem to find a colorway I love for a good price. It is the neverending hunt... Yours looks GORGEOUS and that ELEK too!!

Yes, BJS, me too! I want a dark Daimyo jacquard, preferably black with a rust border. Not too much gold (my criterion always) and in great shape... Ah, someday, maybe. Croissette always has the best!

She certainly does!!

And I'm happy to state we likely won't be fighting over a Daimyo as I LOVE the ones with lots of gold...preferably the one that is mostly all black and gold.

Mmmm, I can smell them from here! I had a few roses here in ATL yesterday, but it froze last night and will be below freezing tonight. Where are you, Maedi?

Yes, the fragrant ones are especially lovely. I'm in the Pacific NW. It has gotten cold here now and my neck is so accustomed to the warmth of scarves.

Before our theme week changes my two CS autumn silks. I don't get to wear the L'Instruction shawl as much as I'd like - but it is one of those amazing colorful silks that I love to tie and fold and especially love the color combinations/ Heliotrope is such a fabulous periwinkle blue on the hem.

Timing the APdP with its peacocks for feathers week!
