The brilliant introduction to scarf of the week
Inspired me quickly to go have a peek.
At first there was little, which caused some alarm,
Until I remembered my dear Brise de Charmes.

The elegant challenge posed by your words
Was happily answered by this beautiful bird!

Well done, weibandy! Lovely scarf and clever rhyme -- thanks for playing!

Well! I have an appalling lack of feathers in my repetoire, but I'll see what I can do. First an archive pic from earlier this month when my DH and I spent a lovely day in Georgetown, Mythiques Phoenix:

Today, it's my little ZP gavroche off to see Mockingjay (fictional feathers?) with my boys:

And lastly, a little feather on the cap of a horseman from my brand new to me The Royal Mews:

Greetings, dear Silkies, from your new Scarf Mistress :cutesy:

Maedi gets the prize for guessing first,:queen: but I think Scarf1 had gotten the idea by yesterday.

I want to send special thanks to my partners in organization -- Sparklelisab and Tango Tosca -- who held my hand through the weeks of planning our new Scarf Year. :chatty: :ghi5:

I think we're all going to have a really good time, so here's to us! Let the silky games begin!

Thank you for leading it and be our new Scarf Mistress! Yeah~

That's really beautiful croisette!

Welcome as scarf mistress abq.

I chose today's scarf last night before I knew the theme. Feathers and fur on zebra Pegasus.
