I'm enjoying autumn color week a lot. I have a lot of brown and taupe scarves so they're probably going to float over into feather week.

Yesterday wearing Ex Libris en Camo out to dinner with DH.

And today wearing Skyros. After all the abuse I've heaped on it recently, I thought I'd attempt to salvage it's reputation. It does okay with white and teal tops only, so I'm pairing a teal blouse with brown skirt and heels. I tried MYH's variation on a scarf necklace to highlight the pale greens and teals and hide the olive green border, and I vastly prefer it now to what I had been doing. Thanks MYH!

Also carrying another seldom worn purchase, the Rouge H 36 Garden Party. So big and bulky I rarely carry it, but still love the color.

A couple of Autumnal browns here:

Terres Precieuses with an "espresso" background:

Scotland on a black background : (not sure how I tied it so two sword hilts look like one eggbeater in the first pic)

Eggbeaters!!! I love it!!!:lolots:

Some autumn colors with this Vinci moussie. Out shopping for kitten food. They go through a shocking amount and will ONLY eat Science Diet. (Or chicken. They are mad for chicken right now.) :p

Beautiful mousse and even better accessory - kitty!

So pretty, Croisette! Here is my Instruction jacquard in fall colors:

Another great jacquard!

Not remotely autumnal, but my SOTD. There's a touch of orange! Just can't see it. [emoji4]

Oh, I remember Offrendes d'Jour. Beautiful design, in the most beautiful colorway. And she's not fudging it... it really does have orange details!

Not at all autumnal, and also a repeat! I am now totally in love with this scarf (and DH likes it on me). Anyway, I experimented with a knot today - I visit MaiTai's blog often and love trying them out. The top looks blue here, but actually it is a lovely deep purple cashmere t-shirt!

I had to be brave and go to the hospital for my routine tests today and wearing this did help in a weird kind of way :smile1:

Escales Méditerranéennes in a half bow knot:
I have gotten so much milage out of the half bow knot. It looks great on you. I'm glad you wore something you love to keep you company during unpleasant doctors visits.

Today's look. This scarf is currently DH's favorite, well he picked it out!
There is something a bit off in the color of the hem. It is more gold than yellow, more like the left side of the pic.

I tried on that colorway as well. I picked out a different one, but the yellow in the scarf was very beautiful. Great choice!

looks fabulous

Silkies,

Our new Mistress will unveil her identity in four days! Do you think you know who she is???

Here is another clue: She is quite an eclectic combination of fabulous (my words). For fun, she competes with one of her dogs in "Barn Hunt," where they search over and under hay bales for live rats in plastic tubes!

What the heck, huh? But the rats are not harmed otherwise I would have had her banned from the thread. :giggles: If you only knew what phenomenal animals pet rats were---they are so smart and social! But that is another story.....

Sparkles, are you really sure you don't want to give hippos a chance? Did you ever read about Jessica the Hippo which a S. African game ranger & his wife adopted from infancy (she lost her mother in a storm). She's adorable. Sleeps with the family's dogs with a blanket over her back, has the run of their house, listens to classical music in the afternoon with the wife, super intelligent, loves to eat, what's not to love?

Why aren't hippos (and endangered rhinos) on H scarves?

Oh bunnycat that kitten of ur is just ADORABLE[emoji7][emoji7]! God bless ur heart for taking such good care of them! Totally loving ur moussie too[emoji173]️

Your kitten is ADORABLE!! :hbeat:

All are lovely, ladies!
And welcome back Bunnycat! You've been MIA for a bit LOL

Eggbeaters!!! I love it!!!:lolots:

Beautiful mousse and even better accessory - kitty!

Thank you all for the kind words!

BJS- I know! Round the clock care for kittens really sucks up the time! And I had just gotten them well, when we went tog get their shots and then they got sick from the shots!

eternal- I fear I have probably foster failed these 2 and they will just have to work in to the regular crew now.

Very, very, very nice Tango. As self-appointed prez of the Skyros fan club (and honorary founder and initial member), I am asking you to ease up on Skyros. I think you have diligently and admirably proved that that design and cw deserves admiration and awe rather than being dissed.

Thank you ABQ atomic and chris!

My scarf of the morning....(not H, but she does like to chew on H if given half a chance, so that's close I guess) :D
