Oh, this week is a favorite of mine!! I want to thank Rainneday for the Millefleurs inspiration!! This one is so different for me, but I love those jewel colors against the black! My dear Bova, I think you need this one! You are the queen of the jewel colors! John, thinking of you with La Vie Sauvage ~my one and only KO (a treasure!). I really hope your weather is okay! This week has been super-busy on SOTD, so much to admire and as ever patterns have sprung to my attention for later purchases that have never seemed particularly alluring before , that's SOTD for you.
I'm so sorry not to post individual comments or join in , my sights are set on taking part in a concert tomorrow and I need to focus on Brahms not Hermès

Super cute, Bunny!

So I thought the scarf I was wearing yesterday was on theme, but actually I am not sure this chap is actually moving. In fact he was hiding and I had to coax him out...

I think he is an aye aye, a sort of lemur? The scarf is Jungle Love 90cm (Robert Dallet).

As luck would have it, I had a couple of eBay rescue scarves out for washing and they have some actual movement going on.

This is Les Haras Nationaux by Hubert de Watrigant. I looked up what "Haras"means - it means "Stud" so I am feeling very Jackie Collins, what with being 50 plus and having a stud in my life..

Oh, I feel honoured to have inspired you . When I started reading about scarves here you were one of the first users that got stuck in my brain. One word: "Canty"

I don't have any twillies (yet), neither a farandole, otherwise I would spend my evening with them .

On topic: Potager extraordinaire is full of people in motion, this is my favourite:

Honeylocks, Potager is such a fun scarf to have! I have the yellow cw and am twins with dear Croisette! It is a scarf that one can spend hours studying and enjoying all the activity in the 'vegetable village'! You have a beautiful cw!

Sorry to be away from tPF lately, very busy getting ready to go across country to begin the drive back east to move my DD back from California. Yay ...so happy she is coming back close to home.

Of course my drive back across country includes an overnight in Las Vegas...hmmm...three H boutiques, including one in the hotel we are staying in...I am in big trouble...maybe a Millefleurs for me???

Hi everyone! It's been insanely busy at work for the last little while, plus taking care of my poor injured (soccer injury) DH had me absolutely exhausted. I had to attend a seminar all day today, and when I finally made it home, a surprise was waiting for me. My DH felt so bad that I have been running around taking care of him, he had ordered a little something fun and had it delivered to cheer me up. I am so grateful that I have such a sweet person as my DH, but his gesture made me feel guilty (I don't feel like I have done anything exceptional - who else would take care of him?). Anyway, here are a couple of pics to share.

What a sweet and thoughtful Dh, jnj1ster! I am super excited to be your sister and just purchased a different cw of Super H a few weeks ago! I think it is truly a special design to have! Your DH has very good taste!

So many amazing designs, my dear! I still remember last autumn when we both selected the yellow cw of Potager! Time surely flies! I adore the very sweet look of your Kids in Motion. What a darling scarf and the colors are gorgeous too.

Oh, this is just so sweet, Croisette! Danseuses lends itself perfectly to the gavroche format. The dainty little dancers are precious! Love the red/white striped with it!

I am twin on Millefleurs in this cw, but mine is still in the box! I was looking for mauve T or cardigan to pair with it, just as Rainneday revealed her MdM and modeled it beautifully on her thread!! It really is a great idea, but you remind me that I also own a yellow cardigan! Yay! I can wear my Millefleurs du Mexique on it!!!!!!
