Beautiful! I did not realize Les bateaux was also an Honore design,So sorry I have been MIA here. Gonna use the old traveling excuse lol. But it's A Honore week and she and Dimitri R are my absolute favorite designers. Here's tous les bateaux and fleurs l'indiennes.

See ..... another beautiful scarf (or shawl)!!!
I love the colors[emoji179][emoji179]
We may have the same tastes.
Actually, I love how you compliment with everything else, including the jeans, even though your L'Arbre du Vent is the star[emoji93]
Thanks sparklelisab! Sieste is so beautiful, I'll post mine later this week. I'm excited about this week as I do believe Honore is one of my favorites.
Am also super excited to share one of my acquired and beloved grails in SOTD for the first time. I've been looking forward to this week ever since I got it. Fleurs d'Indiennes, chocolat/rose/violine:

My grail was discovered this past year ( or was it last year)? An unworn with tags still on it and I can't believe still that I found it after missing the initial launch. I was lucky enough to find the b/w at NM one day too. I sure miss those H scarf counters at NM! But I did get one of the last CSGM's in noisette as my first GM shawl.![]()
Aline Honore is definitely one of my fav designers. I seem naturally attracted to her designs.
1. The third scarf I ever bought was this Au Coeur de la Vie in Dec 2013. The colors seemed xmasy, and I had yet to find a few other Xmas scarves.. Then in 2014, it was re-issued! I ended up with the black/green one that Lisa featured in her intro. DH still says this is one of his favorites! Then, umm, I bought the 2 blue ones I LOVE this design! I would still love to get this in a moussie!
2. Voyage de Pytheas- also from SS2014. I looked long and hard for this one! Here I am wearing it a month ago, on sail-away from NYC on the QM2.
3. Sieste au Paradis- my latest Aline H scarf. Initially, I wasn't sure about this CW, but DH loved it!
4. Coupons Indiens- I was actually looking for Fleurs Indiennes when this one popped up on ebay. Love that it looks totally different on the 2 bias strips.
Still hoping for Fleurs Indiennes in the right CW, price and seller.
I can play this game, even though I only have three Honores.
Coupons Indiennes with a cute blue hem:

Amazing how different they can look with just minor changes in tying...
(The third is a special changeant mousse that's going to be tough to photograph...I'll be back with that.)

Oh MYH, we are so close to being twins on both. Today, I wore my second attempt at Fleurs d'Indiennes in a 140. I bought the first one in the bright, primary blue and it wasn't for me. Next, is this one. I love it but the hem is such a bizarre twist! I think the 90s are so much more beautiful.... Need all!
Dang, I didn't get a chance to show the goofy color melon hem!
I cannot tell you how beautiful this shawl looks with the green top you chose. magnificent. Home run dear.Again off the theme but it's part of my OOTD so thought of posting here[emoji16]... My L'Arbre du VentView attachment 3182906View attachment 3182908
Yes, I hope I got it right. I googled it and I think I found her signature as well.Beautiful! I did not realize Les bateaux was also an Honore design,
Sparkle - ya know what? I typically don't like scarves with a contrast hem color that is completely goofy meaning the hem color is nowhere in the scarf design. But for this one, I put up with it. You wear it brilliantly darling. I'll post some mod pics tomorrow. But I gotta confess, 140 silks are my absolute favorite. They slay me.Oh MYH, we are so close to being twins on both. Thanks for the complimentChris, your green Ėtriers is fabulous. This green is so soothing to my eyes.
Pirula, gorgeous FdI. I decided between yours and the khaki and picked the latter. The design came in superb color ways.
Sparkle, I think we're twins. My 140 cm FdI was love at first sight for me (when I saw it in the catalogue). The prune is so delicious and I would call the hem egg yolk
Eternallove, what a glorious L'arbre. Bravo!
Lanit, love your recent contributions from horn to silk and cashmere. You are on a roll.
Waves Croisette and pierina.
