Dear all,

When I saw the SOTD thread roll over to a new one, I was elated. A fresh beginning—a fresh chance to keep up. But you gals and guys are so on top of this! Heck, AnnaE goes off on vacation and STILL posts amazing scarf shots (I'm needing that red Maxi Twilly!!!!!). And then there's bunnycat with that gorgeous new bandana (I want...). Indeed, all of you are posting all these luscious images of scarves and knots. Plus this week is my favorite theme—I've long been a fan of 70s, GMs, mousselines, and now the Maxi Twilly, so I'm getting all kinds of inspiration.

I've been wearing mousselines a great deal this week and last. First, there's the Rosée changeant stole that shifts from silver to gold . . . And then my latest mousseline find, a GM Brides de Gala Finesse in a blue/purple color. Thanks for letting me share!
You are slaying me.:heart::heart: :faint:
Such gorgeous silks! The contrast hem keeps that amazing blue moussie from just floating away altogether in a cloud of loveliness.
And that dreamy rose changeant stole!
And the cute cut-out pieces! Love that black skirt, and the white blouse! The striped shoes!!
And a petite orange trim??
:woohoo:

Thank you, bova and scarf1.

And Bova, you're wearing the BEST 70cm. I have this scarf, and I love, love, love it. It looks great on you.
Thank you arabesques, I love this scarf too! I guess I picked a good one as my one and only 70cm :smile1:

Shamelessly hopping on the C'est la fete 70cm bandwagon.

This blue is gorgeous cherryblossum, modeling pics please;)

Apparently I was having a Clic Clac a Pois kind of day... My 70. And I also had Clic Clac twillies on B from Monday. This should've been my SOTD on Saturday or Sunday for a crossover on themes. :). Julia Abadie and a 70 format. Love it with my Gris Fonce CDC! :)

Sorry, my mirror pics just don't show the colors very well at all. So up close pics for the navy, brown, and black colors of scarf. :).
Oh my jp_536, as usual I want to raid your closet!! All of this together is amazing!

Thank you for the birthday wishes jp_536, CB, MYH, Croisette, Bova and everyone!
:hugs: :hugs: :hugs:

MYH- the other box goes in the belt thread... :graucho: (And is one of the other reasons I was having such a hard time deciding on color in the Hapi thread because I knew the belt was waiting for me. I did end up with my first love in anemone/capucine GHW and its on its way! I was truly spoiled this birthday with H!) :happydance:

Wonderful birthday presents bunnycat...hope you had a wonderful day!

Thank you, Bova. I'll bet you can rock the long tie. (I'm about 5'6". How tall are you?) The other thing I just figured out (because I'm really slow!) is a simple tie with one end a lot longer than the other. Could that work for you?
I don't know momasaurus, I am only 4'11 1/2" tall...yes, very small! Can be challenging with clothing, scarves, driving, you name it!! Anyway, I will try just the uneven knot you mention and see if I can get the same look. Have a great weekend!

You know my matchy-matchy heart is THUMPING WILDLY!!! A most awesome outfit. Love the bracelet that also echoes the polka-dot look! And the shoes!! (As if the rainbow of Converse didn't kill me.) I'm going to see you on the street someday and rush screaming into your arms. Just warning you.:laugh::laugh:

Awesome styling Vitamina, your looks are so put together in a casual, chic way :smile1:
Awwww...thank you dear Vitamina! Your FetPdT's must be adorable on you!

Thank you, dear Bova! :smile1:

VitaminaH - OMG those Converse are fabulous! I'm a Converse girl too. Love the Tiffany blue! I have a friend who'd commit highway robbery for these. The scarf is gorgeous too, btw. Looked up Le Bal Masque, it's beautiful, these colors are also lovely.

Thank you my fellow Converse lover, Pirula!! They are such fun shoes to color coordinate with!:smile1:

Sisters on the scarf! Love those shoes! Definitely my color

Thank you, Scarf1!

It was my birthday this week, and I can still stay on theme! Sweet Chloe (who is 15 this year) provided supervision while I unwrapped my orange boxes..... :graucho:

Happy belated birthday, Bunny! Nothing better than opening up gifts with the help of our beloved fur babies! Little Chloe is just like my little guy and loves to be part of the excitement! Too cute! Your new gavroche is stunning on you!

Arabesque, adore the the Brides de Gala Finesse on you. Those colors are so romantic and dreamy to look at. :smile1: Beautiful pictures as always!

Thank you, my dear, of course I have, inspite the rain today. Your Bal and Converse is a pretty pair!

Croisette, so happy that the rain hasn't stopped you from enjoying your travels! It is a rainy day here too. Where is summer?! Thank you for the sweet comment! :smile1:

My one and only 70cm, Promenades de Paris, and in honor of bunnycat's birthday, tied in her "pleat and twist" method. I don't think I quite got the hang of it however!!

Bova, what a gorgeous cw of Promenade de Paris on you! You look beautiful in these colors.

Shamelessly hopping on the C'est la fete 70cm bandwagon.

MYH, love this on you! I adore how the 70's look so effortlessly fabulous! Thank you for the really, really thoughtful Le Bal Masque-Converse compliment! You are so sweet!

Yes! I wish I could find the same fabric of those AG jeans still. Have you been able to? Ok, I will def make an effort to wear that Circus for you :). Usually my scarves marinate for a bit. Lol. ;)

Twins on the Tiffany blue converse :).

So in addition to my RS problem.. Lol ;). I might have a slight Chuck problem too. Hahahaha.

Purple, pink, brown, Tiffany blue, peach, and a green to match my malachite B. :). I might have a navy on the way too... Lol ;)
JP, I love your Converse picture! How cute is that! I think you and I would have soooo much fun shopping together! ha! You know, I can't find the AG jeans in the same colorful colors anymore either. I see Shopbop has a pair in white. I am happy that I bought so many colors when I did. I wonder why they stopped manufacturing all those great colors? I remember how popular they were. I am so excited to see your mod pic of Circus!:smile1:

Here's a 70 scarf tied to reveal the name and the brand.:p:p:p: I know I'm a goofball. Am actually wearing it like a normal person.
