This is gorgeous Cherry, I have never seen this design before, I adore it!

Meanwhile, here is my contribution to French week. It's Françoise de la Perrière's design La France, a rather bedragged eBay rescue.

I was amused to find, among the many elements featured on it, a snail. As we are dealing with the French here, query whether the snail is there for natural history reasons or as an example of their culinary art...(I do not mean to offend anyone French, but I am always amazed by their ability to turn the most unlikely things into dinner).

I think my dog might be French, he was busy doing this today while I was taking scarf photos. Just needs a nice lemony sauce...

Pudfish, that's a great collectors piece. Lucky you! OMG, Monty!

My personal tribute to the mothership. Paperloles which depicts my favorite object from my trip to the hermes museum. View attachment 3065372

Oh I love this pocketbook pup! The colors and design are classic without being remotely mumsy, if you know what I mean. It's just lovely and you have got the French, effortless, je ne sais quoi, scarf worn stylishly thing down! I plan to ask for lessons my dear!

Happy Bastille Day, dear scarf lovers!

I had much the same thought as Pirula, it seems! The summer days are too much for pulling some of my France-centered scarves around the neck—but around the waist definitely works.

Here are two that I've been wearing this week as I do errands:

Promenades de Paris in rouge/fuchsia/gris

&

Minuit au Faubourg in Soleil/Orange/Brun

These scarves look great as belts! Very creative!
