:woohoo::woohoo:Wow! Croisette, your collection just blows me away...every week! I just love #18 and #26 Monte Carlo. So perfect for summer! Is Monte Carlo a 90 cm? I really love it! :D Thank you so much for sharing these with us! You have put a smile on my face and I know Ms. Lisa will be very, very happy:D!

Welcome home and hope you had a truly wonderful time in Paris:heart:!

Vitamina, my dear friend, thank you for welcoming me at home and for your always so sweet words.
The weather was awful, but Pierre Herme put a smile on my face. All the posted carres are 90 cm
and no. 17 & 18 are only available at the H-boutique Deauville and the Monte Carlo carre is only
available in 4 cw in the small boutique next to the Casino.

Croisette, you are so welcome my friend!:hugs:I had to look up the Monte Carlo scarf earlier because I was so enchanted with the colors of this particular silk! If I read correctly it was issued in 2008. Is this correct? I will hopefully be back near Monaco in December, but I wonder, after all these years, if it is still possible to find one? Well, either way, I will always be able to come here and admire your beauty! I am just in awe of your collection. It is truly museum worthy!:worthy:

So sorry for the awful weather you had, but really happy that PH was able to make you smile:D. I will be back in Paris in October..can't wait for my macaron fix!! No one does the salted caramel like he does. They are just little fluffs of heavenly goodness!! By the way, did you find any more silky treasures besides BA? ;)

Are you flipping kidding me?? Croisette7, as already said, your collection is boundless and spectacular. I love the little beach tent one. I always admire that one--your cw is sublime. :faint:

Oh yes dear friend, mouth gaping. This morning I was determined to wear a silk and really did put a twilly around my bird's nest mess of hair as Lanit suggested but pulled that out fast. Then a Moussie. Nope. Arabesques clearly has that one down! Honey, your silk is so soft and cloud-like....Finally, got me a Farandole scarf--the silver kind and left the house. Hot! :sunshine::pout:

This is my only silk that pertains to the Motherland. It is one that most of you have already seen, but I feel so bad not posting something after our dear Croisette put so much time and effort into this weeks theme.

My beloved Le Voyage de Pytheas issued for the Marseille boutique. :smile1:

Lisa, you are so funny:hugs:I bet you looked phenomenal in that gorgy Farandole too! After seeing how I only have one silk that fits this weeks theme, I really need more Motherland and FSH scarves! Great excuse, right??!!:graucho: Haa! haa! I hope cooler weather comes your way soon, my dear!

Thank you Lanit, Momasaurus, Bond7Girl, temps, FrouFrouglad you like my Noel Plisse :flowers:

Today I am modelling Faubourg by Night -this was a real bargain I got on eBay some time ago for a silly price and brand new with the tag still on - very lucky! I think you will agree that the cw lends itself perfectly to my mother of pearl scarf ring!

Oh SA, this is gorgeous. I let out a little gasp! Oh how I wish I were in silk....booo hooo

Vitamina, I am sure you will find one in December. It is a special edition and always available in the boutique, the colours are changing every year. Last May I have bought one orange, I will post a pic tomorrow. My Paris-purchases are 2 mousselines, which I will post on the moussi-thread.

Croisette, thank you very much for the info! :smile1:
I look forward to the orange cw and your newest mousselines too!

Oh my Gosh,Lanit!! Have you ever seen such slow movement on this thread before??

I literally pulled my hair up into a wet messy knot, no silk, and dying of heat. 108 degrees AND humid. So sad....

Silkies who CAN wear scarves, where are you all???
I am also wondering the same thing! Couldn't bear to wear a scarf for the past two days. Thanks to the polar vortex, I am able to put one on today. Here is my new addition this week, coincidentally appropriate for the theme of the week.:smile1:
The cw is light pink 07, but unfortunately I couldn't quite capture it even under two different lights. Sorry about that.

This is out-of-the-world beautiful! I've never looked at this design twice in the 90 format, but it is dreamy on the bigger scale. Very sophisticated pairing as well, bravo!

Thank you, Bond7Girl. I've resisted the 90cm for a few years now (one as recently as last month) because it's just too busy for me. But this . . . the scale makes everything come alive. Thank you.

Lanit - so nice to see a pointu - such a shame H don't make them anymore!

Arabesques - your mousseline is beautiful it looks so pretty and floaty perfect for summer heat!

Thanks, Scarf Addict. And your Faubourg is stupendous. How lucky to find it at such a steal!

Absolutely stunning Arabesques. Living in the coastal northeast, I can 100% understand the need for a mousseline this summer! You have inspired me to search out a design and colorway that will work for me. And here I thought I would be waiting for the Fall collection…Yikes I am in trouble!

Thanks, Bova. I'm having problems myself with holding out for the fall scarves. My pennies keep finding mousse treasures (there are more coming! :graucho:). I hope you find a mousse that inspires you.

arabesques, congrats! What a beautiful mousseline!

Thank you, Croisette.

Beautiful mousse. The colors just speak summer breezes. What a nice pairing with your white skirt and top. :smile1: You look fantastic!

Congratulations on finding this beauty for such a great price! It is stunning on you. I love the way you have paired it with your mother of pearl scarf ring too. You knot very well;)! Your Plisse is also gorgeous!!

Thanks, Vitamina H. This white ensemble sees a lot of action—it looks good with every mousse in my collection. White is glorious.
