Oh my Goodness Croisette, what a treat...just one after another...a smorgasbord of silk! Silk-Train!! Wow!! They are look pristine, brand new, never worn. Ruh row!! Are you afraid to wear those you love the best too??:D

So dashing! I have a leather biker jacket and I think I'll copy your look then ;).

Sparkle you are such a silk buyer these days! So many pretty goodies, the Offrandes d'Un Jour and now this birdie scarf! Scarf sistaaaaaaaa! So cheerful and pretty on you!

Oh honey, I even have a few more, but didn't want to carry on. We miss you! Got Silk?

Okay Ms. Croisette: When Ladybaga sees her Pani all huge and dashing on two GMs, she's gunna lose it and I can barely handle it!! Honey, do not reveal your address because someone might come knock knock knockin' on your door! Absolute divinity!! And they appear brand new. I'm breaking into a sweat for the love of cashmere and silk! :woot::woot::woot:

Not on theme, but a new purchase from US H dot com, where the selection lately has been fabulous. This is from Spring 2013, I believe. It is helping me stay cool in this summer heat (in my part of the world). CW 19, canard/gris bleute/blanc.

Croisette, I am almost dizzy from the beauty of your scarves. The Pani GM in the aqua, the Brazil GM, 90 cm Early America in the light turquoise and 90 cm La Prairie are my very favorites. It would be fun if H reissued La Prairie some day. Nevertheless, you have such a broad variety of wonderful scarves. Thank you so much for sharing.

This is dreamy, QKay, such lovely fresh colors!

pierina, no one wears blues like you! And your turtle looks quite determined! :D

Thank you Anfang, you're very kind. :flowers:

Oh this just made my day. I was out right now with the goats, looking at the tree I just planted, wondering what kind it was so I could tell you. I just said to the nursery guy--what tree is hardy and grows fast. Done. But here is the critter I found. :smooch:

Love your little snake, Sparkle, thanks for posting his picture and trying to I.D. your new tree. :smile1:

With my new Hermes scarf- love these colours.

:roflmfao:

Great scarf, bbagsforever!

Gah - reminder of how much weeding is overdue. All I want to do is sip lemonade on my porch this weekend and wave to neighbors and their doggies.
I am so late in getting one of the Chiefs silks Pierina - this one was one of my favorites and looks fabulous on you! Trying to choose between this and the bright blue border one, but my inclination is to be your twin! Love the minty green of the center and it feels so balanced with all the colorful chieftain heads. Did not think I'd go for it when I read about it, but there is a charm to those lovely leaves binding them together! Love Mr. Tortoise - you captured him right at a great moment!

Here's a photo of my Lavendar shrubs for all the silkies. In a week or two they will need to be cut back. Will save this crop for drying and using in sachets or dried floral arrangement.

Since history and Americana starts tomorrow, Early America for the upcoming national holiday week ahead.

Sorry to remind you about the weeding, lanit! It does seem like it's never done, as soon as the last patch is finished it's time to start over again. :D Your lavender looks fabulous!! As does that nifty Early America.

Scarfies, I am off theme but am excited to share a few new pieces. First, I am a new Farandole wearer. Love it--size 120 cm and perfect as one strand for me. I am running errands in way casual attire, but know you will forgive me. I am wearing my darling Bird Dance scarf. When I saw this cw and THIS owl to match my new crazy-lucky charm find, I had to have. And then, a silk angel allowed me to rehome a grail: Prieres au Vent. I have always wanted to go to Tibet and own a Tibetan Mastiff but since neither are going to happen, this scarf will do for now. Love the prayer flags, the fun, cool Monk striking a pose...LOVE. Thanks for letting me hog the screen for a minute.

Yummy new Bird scarf, sparkle, it's so "you"! You could perhaps have a Tibetan Terrier like katekluet - take a look at her adorable avatar. :graucho:

Oh Sparkle and Pierina, I admit I looked on Sparkles Tibet scarf for a Tibetan terrier! They are called "little people" in Tibet as they have so much personality...they are the lookouts who warn the Tibetan Mastiffs of danger....so smart, so mischevious, so special!

Dear Sparkle, thank you for your warning, I do not open the door!

Thank you Maedi, the Prairie was a very good 2nd hand deal.
