SOTD with Hermes Factory, a design and cw that I was unprepared to love so, so much, but I do. It’s off-theme because I wore the rose/marine/tan side but reverse it and voila!, a red scarf. Such a versatile powerhouse for me.

Dear Barbette, thank you so much for taking time to reply. I’m still thinking about it. I gave a few of my scarves to my close friend and it made me happy to see her so happy. She was so moved that she started crying at first and then we laughed for almost making a scene in the cafe on her birthday 😂😂. One of the pale ones I gave her she paired later w bright magenta and it looked stunning on her.It is up to your comfort of course, but I think you could pair the lighter Parade with some really nice tones of purples and even grays from light to dark for a beautiful wash of color. Turtle necks in darker colors and lipstick give punch to avoid washing out. But if outfit planning seems like extra work to get wears in then perhaps return it. I'm really bad, I keep them all then adjust to match

I think red is just an inherently glamorous color so maybe I should take AnnaE's suggestion to wear it more and up my glam factor! Also the light in my mod shots is a bit different because the wind has caused one of our motorized storm shutters to jam about a quarter of the way from the top so it creates a very kind effect of highlighting the scarf while leaving the wearer in a bit of shadow. I may never fix it...

Today I wear one of my most beloved designs, Jaguar Quetzal with his feather crown. I was inspired by one of our neighbourhood cats when I met her earlier this week and she took a posture exactly like the JQ, only on bleak tarmac and of course without any feathers...☺️ Please meet Sushi, one of my favourite felines!
