Both look wonderful on you, which is no surprise as your recreation was/is a superb approximation of the new season scarf.
No question the Pientres is fabulous on you: if you didn’t have the others already, I’d say go for it! At the price point for double-face, they have to fill a niche for me. I’d say this is covered already by what you have so, even though it is beautiful, it may be redundant… with the caveat that sometimes the heart wants what it wants!

That is the nicest comment @EtsyBoss-- it is a fun post-retirement hobby and a gift to have the time to fool around with my scarves, but honestly every knot I make is ridiculously simple to do, so a master class would take ten minutes max!

Navy and mustard together are perfect - such a great contrast but not a harsh contrast. The seals and walruses are the icing on the cake!From the archives:
I usually avoid wide borders like the plague. The one exception in my collection is my Regard de L'Arctique, where I just love the contrast between the lively mustard border and the navy background. Plus the border has these adorable seals and walruses in the corners

Winds-day with the warm gray, fantastic border and delicious hem of Fleurs d’Ecosse
The colours in the 2nd double sided scarf from SS 2023 echo the look (colours/patterns) you've already achieved (superbly) by "shopping your closet". Double sided scarfs are expensive, IMO I don't think you need to replicate a look you can already achieve with scarfs you already own.
As a comment, I find that's the challenge of the H colour families repeating over several seasons. There's usually a set of colours that look wonderful on oneself, which one tends to gravitate to & purchase. The problem is even though each season has different designs, they are in the same colour family, and when tied these scarfs can have a tendency to visually look all the same in my opinion.
Double scarves make double face unncessary, if not less desirable! But I can understand that the yellow hem makes a HUGE difference
Went with Selle des Steppes again because I was liking it with purple. Bobby seems dubious
