All so lovely, and twins twice again with Equateur and Le Voyage de Pytheas. Your Cavaliers du Caucase is stunning, Lkbnola. I remember you showing it to me last year. What a beauty! Les Lumieres is an intriguing design, isn’t it?
Thank you and always love to be twins @Karenska!
Stunning collection of blue scarves
Thank you, @orchard. Your posts often form the backbone of my wish list-- I have bookmarked so many! Appreciate the compliment very much.
These blue-green scarves are beautiful! I especially love your Cavaliers du Caucasse. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you @GloWW0rM -- it was a true thrill to find it. I think it may be my very favorite Annie Faivre but I say that about each one every time so...
Today I'm wearing a vintage Ledoux with a big beautiful ship, L'Ocean.

View attachment 5619923

As for sea life, it features sea monsters and mermen.

L'Ocean is my SOTD.

The artistry is unparalleled on this @Redbirdhermes -- a true classic beauty.
Lovely!
(I'd post blue hearts but that's not an option!!)
Really luscious array of blues for this week LKB!

The details on this are just  !
 I will just imagine blue ones! Thank you @Cookiefiend... and @bunnycat!

All stunning @orchard. Truly inspirational (and aspirational !) collection. I am just in awe. Slowly, slowly I have added some of these and am your twin or sister. I would risk jail time for a Shackleton or a Vie Sauvage in that edition, but I hope it will not come to that...
A few years ago I set myself a challenge in January to wear every scarf in my collection at some point in the year. If, at the end of the year, a scarf had not been worn then it was to be rehomed to fund new purchases. I have sold some, shamefully two still had tags on, but it would be a fun theme!
I set this goal too @paula24jen. It was helpful to make files with little thumbnail photos by season so I could focus my efforts but I am approaching vanishing point and must slow down if it is ever to be realized!
Just lovely and it suits you beautifully. What a lovely design and cw you have chosen @mi.kay -- I love this design.
MMmmmmmarvelous!!

Great idea! I keep a spreadsheet, and around this time of the year I look to see what hasn't been worn. Then I make the decision to wear them before the year ends or list them. It's hard though... sometimes I keep them even if I haven't worn them because maybe it wasn't the right time/event/feeling, or the right 'theme'.
(I do like having a theme, because sometimes it gives me a direction to go in!)

You've chosen a beautiful scarf to start your collection with - congratulations and welcome!
The sunniest blue today!
Plus dogs!! :dog:
En Liberte
View attachment 5620070
A spreadsheet is so organized! But this mod shot of your En Liberte is total perfection from the sweater and lippie to the earrings to the marvelous scarf. Just fabulous @Cookiefiend!
wowza. Each look as stunning as the next! which lip color is your last pic. I love that with the pale blue pytheas. Bravo
Especially the first two are AMAZING!
Thank you @Nomad and @HoneyLocks! The lipstick with Pytheas is my most adventurous to date. Some friends advised and encouraged me to try Hermes Rouge Piment. It was terrifying at first (so bold!) but I now think it is fun. Pytheas needs something to punch it up so I liked the scarf ring/lippie action. Otherwise it just disappears!
I don’t have any blue scarves to share, but I do have my new Potager Extraordinaire - made possible though a Scarfie Extraordinaire!!!

Oh my.  Congratulations @Teaforparrots. This is so heartening to see when the perfect scarf finds its perfect person! Beautiful on you. This is going to give you hours of joy as you explore Pierre Marie's vignettes. @Redbirdhermes showcased many last week for us but I know you will find more treasures in this one as you do with your delicious Expo Univ...
Love all of them with your beautiful offsetting blues and teals. Stunning!
Ah, thank you to one of our Blue Queens-- you are a mega inspiration to me @frenchgirl!
This is gorgeous on you @Maedi! What beautiful colors.
A lovely string of compliments, Nomad! Thank you and can’t wait to see your red Les Normands, which is a tomato-ey red, yes? I think I remember it from last year. It’s lovely. Yes, the bandanas have stolen my heart ❤️. I love the touches of a third color in an otherwise two-color format. I adopted three this year - Les Nouveaux Amoreaux and two Les Mustangs. I’d love to get my hands on a Paris Station :hbeat: ….

I would love to find that cutie also @Karenska!
A lovely look and a beautiful shawl @CTLover-- love the whole outfit.

Three watery blues today--
Starting with the stunning Rocaille-- shells on a blue field. This reminds me of the Sailors' Valentines on display at the Whaling Museum on Nantucket. My earrings are special too. They contain sand from the beach in front of my home!
Rocaille.jpg
In my youth I was a competitive swimmer and spent many many hours in the pool. Practice was hard work but the pool was also a happy place in which to get lost in thought while letting the body do its rhythmic pounding back and forth. So I was thrilled to find this Beverly Hills in silk twill earlier this year. The mousseline is also beautiful but for me the watery deliquescence of the silk is TDF.

My DH and I sheltered during the first year and a half of the pandemic at our home on Cape Cod Bay. We do not usually spend winters here and it was a very beautiful experience: austere, cold, grey, white and blustery blue. Not unlike this cw of the beautiful De la Mer au Ciel (sisters with @Forever Orange and @Cookiefiend and cousin to @citykitty24's gorgeous shawl).

This scarf is so amazing! And this CW is absolute perfection on you!
Thank you so much Forever Orange!

Thank you for your compliments, loves and likes! :hugs: :flowers: :flowers:

Two scarves with blue, Sweet Dreams, my first GT, and FoSA, which has the most beautiful blue of all my scarves.

PS: @LKBNOLA: it was the Napoléon virus I finally succumbed to, after having seen all those scarves here, thankfully not C19 - and I love your Beverly Hills as 90 cm silk!
