Good morning Scarflandia. This is a week made in Heaven (:giggle: ) for many of us! There are a lot of magnificent blue collections among the TPFers and I know personally that when I began collecting 75-80 percent of my scarves were blue! I have been experimenting much more since 2020, but I still love my blues. I have been away celebrating Rosh ha Shanah but will share some blues I wore over the holiday. My new Sous le Charme d'Orphee made its debut:

It was chilly enough for cashmere for this morning's activity so wearing Bouquet's Selliers CSGT in pale blue, navy blue and blue-grey.

And now to try catch up with three days of lovely blue posts...
Don’t you look lovely, dear Lkb. Your SLCd’O is stunning. Still hoping some other cws come to the US site. Twins with BS - will be pulling that out soon. Hoping your high holy days have been fulfilling. :hugs:

Such a wonderful week! I really have problems keeping up with liking and loving all your beautiful blue ones!
Today for breakfast in town with my son in law I wore a scarf of which I don’t even know the name. A 140 mixture of wool and silk I found on resale. With a dark blue which resembles the colors of the Northern Sea on a stormy day. Big and warm and with a nice drape
And in addition one from the archives. Voyage en étoffes. View attachment 5619385View attachment 5619387
You look so chic and pretty, dear Katharina. The wool/silk 140 looks like it might have come from the men’s collex. And your Voyage en Etoffes is stunning. I love those autumnal colors. You wear orange and rusts very well!

I love them both (and so great to have you back @Katharina Luise)-- love the cozy no-name one but that VeE with the scarf ring and orange top os perfection. I need to try my palladium version of this ring as you have. Never thought of using it with a 90 and it looks great!
Wearing my vintage blue Ispahan today

Oh, I just love this one @Redbirdhermes! :girlsigh: I hope I get as lucky in my search...
Twin indeed! Your way of wearing it is beyond!
Another little installment of random formats. Legendes de l'Arbre 90 cashmere/silk, A Contre Courant 90 mouss, Zebra gav, and Brides de Gala Quadrige mouss GM.View attachment 5619419View attachment 5619420View attachment 5619415View attachment 5619414
First of all, thank you for the comment, but most of all thank you for sharing more of your beautiful blues @frenchgirl. I love the Zebra gav! And the Au Contre Courant moussie is so so lovely...
Oh- that needs more wear time for sure then if you forgot you r and it! You need a scarf challenge to fit that in every week for the next month as penance.
on my goodness- that blue Savana dance....welcome to the world of 140 silks! Kiss your wallet goodbye.

Beautiful on you! I think that first one was a men's design, but I can't recall the name either. "Maillons xxxx..." is a good start if you try to search for names of anything with mens scarves.
I am loving your scarf challenge/penance to @Nomad (hmmm-- theme possibility? Wear a grail scarf you have ignored for one week straight or some such?) and thank you for the compliment. My wallet agrees with you @bunnycat! It waved goodbye a while back...
It's a very crispy, chilly fall morning that is perfect for my newest CSGM, Botanica Grafica. This one is a very dark navy. It will reach 80 here this afternoon, so enjoying this while I can! The touches of pink, lilac, and mint are fun.

So nice to see this one on and so nicely tied @EtsyBoss. I saw this in the boutique and it is really really fabulous. Very tempting.
Sous le Charme d'Orphee in cw Marine / Crème / Vert. I don’t think this cw has been highlighted yet, so I’m including two pics that show it flat in natural light. My first double side silk…

Thank you for showing this in natural light @de vent -- it looks wonderful on you. I especially like the bright yellow and blue side on you-- really makes you glow...
I received some special blue scarf mail today. Les Mustangs in bleu jean/jaune/blanc. I love the colors.

Oh, congratulations on this little beauty @Karenska. Such a perfect design for a bandana and what a lovely blue cw!
A couple of my more unusual shades of blue - crossover from last week Paperoles and my first time wearing Spring Spring Twilly

Both are gorgeous @Barbette-- the hems on your Paperoles are so compelling and I love the twilly colors!

Off theme today. Occasionally I go through collection to wear one I haven’t worn in a LONG time. Bois de Boulogne 1958. Super silky soft oldie

How beautiful and however did you tie it so prettily @Nomad?
And a rich, beautiful red that is unique to the older scarves.
I agree @Maedi-- it is so special...
Those old scarves are so so soft. Yours is so lovely, dear Nomad, and tied so prettily. The softest, most velvety scarf I own is vintage and on-theme, too - La Comedie Italienne in cobalt and blanc. I love this old, jacquard beauty.

I’ve never seen this cw IRL - it’s so beautiful. You look lovely in it, dear RBH. Mine, a very special grail, has some watery blue and soft turquoise in it. I adore this one.

Beautiful scarves @Karenska and thank you so much. Can't wait to see your Bouquets, too!

Good morning everyone. Rounding the corner to the end of the week I thought I would post four beloved 90s . I add to my collection by artist, so here are the first two blue grails for me from Annie Faivre and Aline Honore: Cavaliers du Caucasse and Le Voyage du Pytheas, bracketing my most recent blue grail, Les Lumieres de Paris (Hidaka is an artist I am currently researching) and my very top favorite wash scarf in blue, Equateur. I amped up the blue factor by pairing some with even more blue!

All so lovely, and twins twice again with Equateur and Le Voyage de Pytheas. Your Cavaliers du Caucase is stunning, Lkbnola. I remember you showing it to me last year. What a beauty! Les Lumieres is an intriguing design, isn’t it?

I love this blue - best cw of this scarf!
Dear Cookiefiend, that tie is so perfect yet I struggle to duplicate it. Such a nice design punctuated by that boss hem!
Thank you Karenska!
(it's just an asymmetrical fold, but instead of tying the two ends together, just tie one end up on the other side - easy peasy!)
