@Stylehound, the red RL with the cranberry jacket was one of my favourite modelling shots of the year!Indeed, Robe elegant! Very beautiful on you, @Maedy!
I couldn’t resist this cw either and also got it quite unexpectedly. Earlier I lost control and acquired two other cws in a small format. It’s like Magic Flute for me: I see magic Robe and I mesmerized. It’s official that my 2022 most hypnotic scarf is Robe Lege.

Yes! Perfect! Keep, keep!Oh cookie so exciting to have a long hunt concluded! that is amazing in a moussie. I wish I could be as disciplined as you on never paying over current retail. I have a $100 over rule and only for the grailiest grail that I just never ever come across warrant it. Which is why I don’t own a Jardin anglais haha. But how I got my zabavushka, pytheas, Samourais, sieste, kimonos. But H math balances out with so many for less than retail…right?!?!
well…we shared the same thought tonight because lookie lookie what I found at the mall today hahah. It matched perfectly!! Crazy ha

Amazing, all. That TapisI am going to request your indulgence for a second post today. Otherwise I can't fit in my whole "highlight reel"!?!I took a bit of a break from my beloved 90 silk twill (my first and forever love) to explore the larger silk sisters. I added four to my stash this year. Two were grails and two were just very lucky and happy finds (one mislabeled as a 90 and priced accordingly!). Hat tip and
to @Julide for her help on my first 140 grail, Tapis Persans. And of course our wonderful @Living.la.vida.fifi and @Coco2606 just showed the amazing Savana Dance 140s in their collections. In order, Tapis Persans, On a Summer's Day, Harnais de Coeur en Patch and Sieste au Paradis:

Dear bunnycat, thank you especially for your compliment on a scarf that was just meant to be the background!!Wishing you a very happy New Year! May your 2- and 4-legged family stay safe and healthy! ❤
That red/caramel one was a favorite colorway of the one! So petty! All so lovely, Fifi. As a person who does not own Coupons (yet), and one who cannot decide on which of the fantastic cws I would want, yours may be THE ONE. Promenades de Paris is one of my very favorite designs. I love your cw. I had trouble deciding on which cw when it was issued, the rouge/caramel or the fuscia/green; I chose the fuscia/green. But this spring I had the opportunity to acquire the rouge, so here it is!

Fantastic moussie finds for 2022!On this last day of 2022, I’d like to wish everyone in this wonderful community of scarf lovers a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year. It is an honor and pleasure to be a part of this special group of lovely, like-minded humans on a forum where I am constantly delighted, amazed and inspired. I have thoroughly enjoyed participating throughout the year, but mostly on this, my favorite week of all.
And, indeed, I have saved some of my best scarves for last, as these mousselines are truly treasures that I’ve been lucky to find this year.
I kicked off the week with the amazing La Rosee moussie changeant. I show it again as I will wear it this evening with my labradorite jewelry when I go out to dinner with family. After dinner, we will return home to try to comfort our pets from the disruptive noises of rockets and fireworks for the midnight rituals of champagne and twelve grapes

And, finally an unexpected beauty. I own multiple CWs of Early America in the twill version and finally found the striking black in the CSGM version this year. Well, I unexpectedly found this gorgeous mousseline from a local seller recently

And, for my last post of the year let me close with this offering of flowers. These festive blooms are always available at this time of year from a local seller and I always bring some home.
With them I wish each and everyone a Happy New Year filled with silken treasures

Beautiful LE's rbh!I finish up this year with two special Limited Edition scarves. During 2022 we said good-bye to many special people, including Queen Elizabeth II. I was delighted to acquire the Jubilee edition of Voitures Equises in June, and sadly wore it in her memory the day of her funeral in September.
View attachment 5680936
My other scarf is the Limited Edition of Hommage a Gene Kelly which was issued to celebrate the opening of the new Madison boutique in New York City in October. We always watch the broadcast of the New Year coming in at Times Square with the crowds and the dancing, so this celebratory scarf is most appropriate for today.

Wishing everyone a most blessed New Year!
Beautifully said, dear Nola, and I couldnt agree more. I’ll add my thanks to you also. You are such a wonderful presence in the forums: welcoming new members, creating camaraderie, supporting participation and positivity, noticing small details in our posts, encouraging us in our styling effforts and always taking the time to write personal responses to so many of us. It makes it so easy to participate and feel welcome, whether you have just purchased your first scarf, or have a substantial collection. I know of no other forum like this; it is truly a special place.I will close out this week first, echoing our lovely @Cookiefiend, with an expression of gratitude for all of you here on this thread who make the collecting, wearing and obsessing about H scarves such a fun, friendly and inspirational experience. I look forward to your posts every single day. Everyone here makes me appreciate and look at my silks in different and wonderful ways. A special shout-out to the Scarf Mistresses for all they do to make this possible. A happiest New Year to everyone. May 2023 being health, happiness and an abundance of grails and lovely scarves.
My last post of the year is of two truly special additions. I am very grateful to our Marble Silk maven @Redbirdhermes, without whose additions and alert, I would not even own the first of my marble silk scarves. I am so happy to have added two this year, both in designs that I adore. Here are two that have "pride of place" in my collection.
