Yoon’s daily knot (simple bow not pleated) on three 70s: :hbeat:
Kelly en Caleche. The most difficult because it’s so soft. View attachment 5000950
Promenades de Paris. I love how this cameout! View attachment 5000943And my favorite knot today, Tigre Royale Fleuri because my beautiful Binta’s majestic, flowered face is peeping out. View attachment 5000944
Ooh, that is a very handsome knot for showing off the TRF. It's amazing how different a design can look with different knots!

ahhhh, more Ledoux :hbeat:
(I  that we’re twins on Sportsman; it’s such a fab’ cw)

Thank you all so much. The border on this Jeu de Cartes is so cool. @Yoon daily scarf - your snail knot is definitely a hit with everyone here - it's actually easy! Thank you - I feel like I have a new toy.
No name knot - started as a messy bias fold, then tied high up with one very long dangling tail. Then I got annoyed with the tail and wrapped it back around my neck and tucked in the end.
Thanks for the explanation of your no-name; it turned out great with JdC

Impressed by dear @Living.la.vida.fifi 's fabulous Edot knots, I brought some achieve pictures of my Edot knots. I used to make it with long tail but next time, I'll try it as dear Fifi's style!

1. with La Danse de Amazones

I love this classic and fancy knot!

As you know, there're many YouTube tutorials for this knot... Among them, I like the tutorial of 'Passions for Elegance' .

Happy Wednesday, dear Scarfies!
It's my last vacation day, oh I have to go to work tomorrow.... ahhhh :wtf:

You had great results with Edot! I especially love how ELA turned out (happy to be twins with you on this one).
The rest of your examples are lovely, too.
Thanks for being such a great host while on vaca’ :hbeat:

This was my attempt at @Yoon daily scarf 's snail knot, I really like it so much, although later in the day I added the simple variation of tying the ends. Sorry, forgot to take a photo of that!

Looks great with a turtleneck

My first attempt at the Octopus knot

Pelages et Camouflages just arrived!

Congrats! What a marvelous hem

I have so much catching up to do later! I received scarf mail yesterday and I tried @yoon daily scarf’s snail knot, actually the variation of it in the video (around 1:37 for Yoon DS’s knot and the variation follows it). I like it! Legende Kuna Peuple de Panama.

Then I retied it in a bias fold. Wearing my Sacred Buffalo pendant and used a ss and turquoise ring as my scarf ring. View attachment 5000610
Beautiful cw & accompanying jewelry

Second of two SOTD contributions today, couldn’t resist wearing my new to me scarf mail of Lê Geographie which is literally straight out of the package! This design, along with Orgauphone, have been on my wish list for ever as my collection is missing those particular jacquard designs.

Not a colourway I’d normally pick but it really does make the jacquard sparkle!!!

Fab’ jacquard & the robin’s egg blue is a ideal compliment :girlsigh:

Totally agree! This was purchased thanks to her!

How pretty paired with that hint of green

Trying the snail knot on a 140 and geant triangle. Too much fabric to really look like a nautilus but still a nice way to tame such a lot of silk. Win-win!! Les Chemins Secrets and Kachinas.

Well done dear @Karenska ! I've been curious how some of these ties translate to larger formats. I tried Half Bow Knot on a CSGM using a shawl ring, and just ... no. The bow kept looking like a strange sad appendage no matter what I did with it.

Thank you, dear Langsam, for the vote of confidence. And I appreciate the appendage reference . I’m surprised these came out as good as they did. Usually, my bow knots look limp and well, you said it best.:hugs:

Real life stories of scarf indecision! I can relate. The good news is, the result is likely to be FAB wherever you land!
The struggle is real! :giggle:
And thank you for your kind words! ❤️
Messed around with Ex Libris Atlantis today... simple cowboy tucked in as I’ve admired many here do

Not sure if this has a name or is a modification of something?
70 folded into triangle, pleat one ‘loose’ side, wrap triangle’s folded edge around neck & secure w/bova knot

Ooo - that’s super cute! ❤️
