wonderful scarves and I adore your purple LHiver en Poste :faint:! We are sisters as I have the green cw. :hugs: And I just noticed your elegant furs - très chic, desr tns.

Thank you so much. Sisters again! What cw do have, Turf?
Thank you sweet Karenska.
Welcome to your green addition of l’HeP!
There’s currently a purple one on the Bay if you wanna add a design multiple (maybe too soon?)... :graucho:
*furs are just-for-fun faux ;) I do love the texture, though.

My Brides Mini is the more, dare I say, masculine navy/brown/black/rust. I may’ve miscalculated on mine, but yours looks lovely.

Yes, communication was rather frustrating in a number of ways (about closer photos/condition, increased the list price while we were messaging, and then accepted my earlier submitted offer after I, being annoyed at said price hike, said I was no longer interested) and it was probably ill-advised to take the chance, but it worked out. To be clear, everything after purchase was great--shipped quickly, well-packaged, authentic and in good condition as described--but the customer service prior left something to be desired.

I hope you all won't mind another round of photos from today's wear; I suspect I'll be wearing this one on repeat all week. Started out in a light cream sweater, then switched to richer neutral and played a bit. With the scale of the design, it's not easy to highlight the tiger in this format, which might be an advantage of the 90, but I'm enamored of the florals and night sky, so it all works out!

You are a brave negotiator -glad it worked out! I’m more than happy to see the varied aspects your treasure... highlighting the deep blush flowers is an especially beautiful option.

Gorgeous on you! I’m so happy someone from our SOTD family got it. It’s a keeper for sure and you’ll get tons of wear from it.
:tup:THIS is a touching example of Scarf Sisterhood & why I enjoy those here so much... we revel in each other’s acquisitions w/generosity and ogle beautiful silks & fur babies (and jewelry) alike.
Carry on being wonderful FoxyT & All...

SOTD and cozy warm in merino sweater. Animapolis. View attachment 4980646
Such a fetching overall combination

Today the North Wind is blowing frigid arctic air down from Canada and our temperatures are forecast to remain below zero F for the next several days. For those of you not familiar with these conditions, the air becomes too cold to hold much water vapor, so the stars shine extra brightly on these crisp cold nights.

Absolutely ideal scarf- you are such a wealth of information :smartass:

Today - though I’m at the office - I’m pretending that tonight we’re going somewhere glamorous for dinner in my fluffy and warm collar and La Cite Cavaliere
View attachment 4980735
Yes! Very chic. I’ve had my share of fun fantasy destinations wearing some “real clothes” to help keep me sane during this whole C ordeal.

SOTD:Le Jardin à Sintra. It is still very cold and I think the icy colours of this cw matches the temperatures well.

Yes! What a lovely hem:love:

Ohmigosh, you guys - scarf mail just now, and I am in LOVE! My very first moussie and very first GM size of anything is here, and all I can say now is, I GET IT! The size is amazingly versatile, and the mousseline is so light and ethereal that I thought at first that the seller had gotten the size wrong because there was no way that something 140cm square took up that little space. I immediately threw it on in a cowboy bib, then made a rectangular stole, and now I'm hanging out in the BFK I've been excitedly watching all of you try!

Please meet Ms. Axis Mundi in changeant sable azur (cw05)! Thank you for letting me share!

I realize I use this pink sweater a lot.

I love identifying what “works” in my wardrobe... this pink is ideal

What great cozy pictures!! You do have the best curls too. The CSGM in that purple is stunning.
 Awww, shux thank you dear MAGJES

At the stables with another of my Aran knits and cozy CS 100 Tampon Graphique. My friend took this pic as she loved how the new blanket of her horse matched the colour of my sweater. ;)

Perfectly in sync; both scarf & sweater (stable rug) are beauties

Actual SOTD (I don’t know - are any of these cats winter animals?). In a @MaiTai petit bib. I didn’t have the right scarf ring, and my husband broke his finger, so I used his wedding band.
View attachment 4981006
Poor DH (hope he feels better soon), but losing his ring for use on your scarves is definitely a good cause! :giggle:

Warm and cozy in Cosmographia U. today. Plus, this is one of the few scarves I have that has any sort of winter scene on it with the snowy mountaintops.

Scarf mail today!

The epitome of winter colors for me has always been a crisp snowy white and a deep forest green. I still remember having an Anne-Shirley-puffed-sleeves-style moment when I was little over this exact color combination. I was reading an American Girl historical novel and the main character’s aunt gifted her with a beautiful nutcracker doll at Christmas. It was wrapped in the most glorious deep forest green paper, a white bow, with a little fresh pine bough tucked in the ribbon. I swooned over this elegant and classic combination as a child, and I still do today! The second I saw this colorway, I know that no other Les Bassets would do!View attachment 4980196View attachment 4980197View attachment 4980195
Love this... Lovely design and CW, and especially the personal reason behind your choice

Cheval Phoenix today ! Criss cross !
Such a marvelous, classic design

Even the coldest winter holds the promise of spring (your daffodils were right on theme, Xincinsin!) . We expect cold and snowy weather here, but the first snowdrops are already out. SOTD is Offrandes d’un jour.

Beautiful daffodils and that is such a gorgeous CW of Offrandes!

Love how you managed to show so many great graphics of the scarf with such a compact knot

Today we had warmer temps but it was still breezy and I had to visit a couple of places with frigid AC, so I wore this jacket with a new brooch and ELeK

I ADORE that first picture - I ASPIRE to that first look.
Ive never worn a pin or a brooch or a fancy thing with a sharp sticky end in my life... but you may have convinced me with this photo that I need one.

You’re so sweet to write this!! I really love it here too. I’ve been so underwater this week such that I can barely post or check the thread. But boy when I do? It’s scarf candy galore, great scarf mail scores from others, and tons of new first time posters adding great scarf pics and lovely comments. Such a happy and thoughtful thread with a supportive group, I hope to participate here for a long long time :)
