To be clear, everything after purchase was great--shipped quickly, well-packaged, authentic and in good condition as described--but the customer service prior left something to be desired.

I hope you all won't mind another round of photos from today's wear; I suspect I'll be wearing this one on repeat all week. Started out in a light cream sweater, then switched to richer neutral and played a bit. With the scale of the design, it's not easy to highlight the tiger in this format, which might be an advantage of the 90, but I'm enamored of the florals and night sky, so it all works out!

I had someone raise a scarf price by $200 right after I showed interest and asked a question. I had to walk away!
